Xi 'an Zhonglou Yuantuo Hotel

We had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others. It is central to many key attractions and is right beside a metro station. The family room was extremely spacious with plenty of area to keep luggage open, relax on the couch and armchairs. The buffet breakfast that was included was delicious and varied. We'd stay here again if we were to come back for holiday!

Location is nearby Bell Tower and next to Zhongluo Station exit D. Room is spacious and they gave us the theme based on our request. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped us set up the delivery app and received my TB order. Food is delivered by robot. The room is so high tech with AI room assistant, sensor toilet seat, super comfy bed and Dyson hairdryer! 10 mins walk to Muslim Street and Kaiyuan Mall. Breakfast is limited but not issue. We will give 10 🌟, if we can and book the hotel again because of the staffs. Cons: 1. No bidet in toilet 2. No connection to call room to room 3. We didnt kno.w about the free Hanfu rental till last day 4. Small and cramped for couple sharing

Excellent location & service quality by the crew. Hotel is decorated very nicely & great bed quality. However, there is a serious big issue with the shower set as there is no way to adjust the water pressure & the temperature. I hope the management can address this as the water temperature gets too hot when I tune for higher water pressure. Lastly, breakfast spread wasn't good. I stayed for 3 nights and only went once for bkfast. Overall, great hotel location with super affordable price.

The room is very big for families. They have children theme blanket for kids. The location is next to the subway access ti the bell tower and across the drum tower. There a lot restaurant and convinience store around.

The hotel location is perfect. Right next to a metro station and within walking distance of the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter and City Wall. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative point I have for this hotel would be if you are a light sleeper you may want to request a room away from the main road at the front of the hotel, as the windows are not particularly sound proof and there is a busy road with associated noise if you are facing it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed at Zhonglou Yuantuo Hotel suits room for 6 days with my parents (elderly). Clean room, spacious, strategic location. Front desk service was excellent, especially the young man, patient and detail explanation on every questions and doubts i have. Breakfast was ok, lot of eatery around the hotel area very near to MRT literally 3-5 min walk to line 2 and 4. Highly recommended.
