Laundry service is available but only one washing machine and one dryer available so not Even have chance to use it as too many ppl queue for it. Friendly staff and clean room.

Nice location, all straff so nice and friendly, housekeeping very nice. Room very clean, facilities is good. And good location can go to bell tower and muslim street. 我很喜欢， 下次我当然来这里住在。

location is really perfect. 1 min from the MTR. 5mins to 鐘鼓楼，前台魏很好。卫生环镜不错。 The only down side is that there is no fridge

Location is Top notch. 50m away from the Bell Tower and also major stopping point from most of the local tours. 50m from muslim street also. Staff friendly service and help with most basic needs

The hotel is located in a very good place. The room facilities are very clean and highly technological. The service of Chou Chou Sushi is also very good!! :)

Good hotel centrally located with local and western style breakfast. My room was quiet and I was able to get a great sleep. Xiaowei was very helpful checking in.

Great hotel for a short stay in Xi'An. Very close to all the main sights and very convenient for using the metro. Great breakfast on offer and great amenities like a gym. The staff were all very helpful and the check in was seamless. Thanks to Zhang for an easy check in and check out!

The location is amazing, right next to the Bell Tower 钟楼and Zhonglou Metro station 钟楼地铁站 exit D. There’s also a big shopping mall nearby, called Kai Yuan Shopping mall where you can get a good view of the Bell Tower. You can also walk 5-10 minutes to the Muslim Quarter 回民街 where the Great Mosque is. The room and bathroom is very spacious, and feels very clean. Comes with daily cleaning and free water bottles. When you get 外卖 food delivery, they deliver right to your door, either by hand or by robot. The room was a little bit cold at first but the staff provided us with a space heater. There is 24-7 WeChat enquiry service too. Thanks 小赵 for the service.
