It rained for a few days after I checked in, so I went to Shaanxi Expo without going anywhere. Taxi is also very close. Eating downstairs is very convenient, delicious and very cheap. I think a hotel at this price should be very cost-effective and superior in the surrounding area! The service was excellent! Very prompt and polite. Because there was a problem with the room I stayed in, as I will say below, there was no signal. The lady at the front desk specially came to inform me, which was very nice. The kind person who answers all questions and is very kind. Hygiene: Clean! Disadvantages: A bit unbearable Parking: Ctrip states that parking is 20 yuan per day. It took a long time to choose a hotel. Finally, I was told that because it was a trial opening, the parking lot was only 3 yuan an hour for public parking, and there was no cap. The parking fee cost 153 for two days. But the solution was to upgrade the room. WiFi: The WiFi and TV didn't work well on the first day we moved in. Finally, even the WiFi next door was very slow for a whole day. It was repaired at 4pm the next day. I can understand the hotel's helplessness. The overall service and response speed are pretty good. Small problem: Ctrip ordered fruits and souvenirs but they didn’t, so I don’t care. If other hotels would close their eyes and give it a 2-point rating, it is just because they are considerate of the newly opened hotel. Several service staff are very serious about their service and do not shirk. And it’s pet friendly! I hope it gets better and better.
