還在裝修中的酒店，一進入就聞到裝修材料的氣味。酒店大堂很簡陋，是酒店式公寓改造的，房間內設施還算齊全，有洗衣機、小冰箱、晾衣架、煤氣灶、抽油煙機，沒有炊具或餐具。但衞生間和浴室都很狹小，最不好的就是裝修氣味。花糖酒店，美樂遊酒店都在這裏，酒店無早餐，需要步行十多分鐘到馬路對面的流動攤販那邊買早餐吃。好評估計一部分刷一部分買的。衝著4.8評分來的，還是比較失望的。

此次去西安是家庭出遊，長者孩子都有，位置好找，周邊什麼都有，斜對面十字路口有火鍋店，四點才關門，樓下就是地鐵站，太方便了！衞生就不用説了，很乾凈，新房子，裝修很不錯，小朋友活動範圍也很大，空調很給力，酒店位置也很好找，一眼就能看到，住的是倆室的，很是方便！洗手間什麼都有，小姐姐服務也特別好，提供的水不夠，還又拿了幾瓶，哈哈😆很滿意的旅行！坐地鐵坐公交到大雁塔，青龍寺，大唐不夜城都很方便！

房間很乾凈衞生，淋浴，洗簌，廁所都是獨立分開的，非常適合多人住宿，可以節省不少時間哈哈哈。窗外風景也很好，可以直接俯瞰青龍寺，前台小哥也很耐心👍

可以説是住過酒店裡麪最差的，先説説環境，整樓還在裝修，沒有酒店大廳，從地下停車場出入口進去負一樓找半天才坐上電梯，二樓一個房間裏面堆的亂七八糟就是接待處，同樓層其他房間正在裝修，入住的房間剛剛裝修完，還有一些沒有完善的可以看圖（訂房説明裡麪是可以做飯洗衣服的，其實呵呵啥都沒有），滿屋子刺鼻的乳膠漆和裝修味道，一晚上睡得難受的，早上起來嗓子又幹又疼，其實晚上到那裡看見整棟樓烏漆嘛黑的就不想進去了，但是最坑的就是不能取消訂單！沒辦法啦，感覺我就是來幫店家吸甲醛的😂

不要返現實話實説，就事論事客觀評價。
首先位置確實不錯，離地鐵口很近；
其次，目前停車免費，因為小區還沒完工（屬於公寓樓，一層幾十户那種）；
最後重點説房間，剛開業的，設施設備都全新，可惜衞生做得極差，盥洗池四邊噁心得想吐（圖片上都是洗手時順帶沖洗過後才想起來拍的）。淋浴房與衞生間是分開的，而且都特別特別特別窄，2扇窗户也是設計有問題打不太開，一個被水龍頭擋住一個被窗簾壓着。😡😡😡為啥要説窗户的問題呢，因為新裝修的房間味道讓人窒息的感覺，走出房間到樓道甚至車庫都臭得無法呼吸，跟泡在甲醛罐裏沒啥區別。
還有晚上睡覺時空調聲音超級大，而且空調出風口還正對着頭吹，馬路上的車流量也很大很吵雜，完全休息不好。
總之，這次西安7天之旅，這家世瀾酒店是我們住得最貴最難受的，幸得他們的服務態度還算好。

1.房間剛剛裝修的，裝修味道濃郁！周圍的房間正在裝修住或準備中。洗臉池的水龍頭非常低，洗東西經常會撞到手，會破皮。
2. 酒店沒有正門，從大廈的地下一層進入，當然你退房的時候，要從酒店的地下一層拖着行李往地上的車庫口走！一番人與汽車與自行車，裝修小推車同台競技的場景！
3.並非沒有優點：一個字新！可遠觀青龍寺。

新酒店，配套設施齊全。有冰箱，洗衣機。房子特別大。衞生挺乾淨。價格也很親民。老闆人特別好。地下免費停車場很大。不用擔心沒有車位停車。很滿意的一次住宿。
