Nanfang or rather Southern Hotel is very well positioned. Near to metro and places of interest all within walking distance. Front desk staff are very helpful and warm. Restaurant food is delicious and reasonably priced. Only issue is the smoking smell. We had to request a change of room on our first day. The cigarette smell is overwhelming. Even in the restaurant we had to move and change table of smoking. Room is small but considering its prime location it is a good choice.

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. It is at the intersection of West 1st Road and Anban Street, very close to East Street and North Street.
