Everything was good, especially location is near to the metro station. One thing can be improved is the front desk service, which can be more friendly.

這家酒店顛覆了我對這個級別級別的酒店的印象，很驚艷 乾淨，各方面也超過很多如家，服務好的沒得説，每次來都會問候一下，在樓下坐着打車直接拿着推盤過來，給我一杯熱水，這點連豪華酒店都沒有的細節非常讓人暖心，美中不足的就是隔音一般，本人自己是不太在意，整體非常推薦

酒店位置非常好，下了地鐵s口就能看見，門口還有自行車，附近兩三公里就是大興善寺，小寨，陝歷博，等等。騎車十分鐘很方便。酒店環境非常好，進門就有香味，前台小妹妹態度很好，可以幫忙洗衣服烘乾還幫忙疊好。住的很舒服，價格很實惠。以後再來西安首選，會推薦給朋友。

衝著環境去的，結果服務卻讓人失望至極！果斷更換酒店！我半夜洗了半截澡，渾身都是沐浴露，突然停電，我摸黑走到屋裡想拿手機照亮，結果剛走到床邊突然來電，燈全亮了，窗簾也全自動打開了！我的媽呀！這幸虧是晚上，這要是白天豈不是走光了啊！我趕緊蹲下把窗簾拉上，繼續去洗澡，可熱水卻沒有了，這停電難道會連熱水也停了？我給前台打電話，説是去修了，我強調我身上都是沐浴露，並告知我的電話，讓他們及時給我回電話，結果5分鐘過去了，沒人給我回電話，我又打過去了，告訴我還在修，我又繼續等，大概又過了5分鐘，我又打過去了，告訴他們我實在受不了了，我等不了，我要擦掉沐浴露去睡覺了，請他們上來一個女服務員證明一下，我好去投訴，他們答應我了，結果又一個 5分鐘過去了，沒有人上來！我又給他們打過去了，結果告訴我沒有女服務員，我天，沒有你不會打電話告訴我一聲啊！就讓我渾身的沐浴露就這麼等着啊？！如果，我不打電話過去是不是就讓我等一宿啊？快半小時的時間了！我給你們打了4、5個電話，你們一個電話都沒有給我回過！沒有一個人安慰我一下，告訴我維修的進程，我旅遊那麼多回，第一次見這麼差的服務！為我的旅行蒙上一層陰影！這感覺就像住在這麼乾淨的房間裏，***************一點也不想住下去了，不再續住，果斷換一個酒店，壓壓驚！
