因為圖方便、及遠離大馬路，原以為還很安靜，但房間隔音不好，隔壁的流水聲、開門聲都聽得清楚；衞生條件一般，床上有多根頭髮，灰塵，要求換被單時給我升級了，但新房還有有一兩根，牆上有蟲子；與其他至少八九家酒店同在一棟樓，電梯不用刷卡，人員混雜，誰都可以進，電梯難等，大廈居然允許吸煙，公眾環境二手煙嚴重，衞生一般；晚上沒有客房服務人員，衹有保安在幹一些客房工作；其他平台價格比攜程更便宜，訂單上有送禮品也沒有主動送；晚上辦理入住，提示沒有熱水，大概半個小時後才有，結果等到24點還沒有熱水，零下幾度的，想洗澡沒辦法等到第二天早上再洗，結果計劃打亂，吹風機有異味，吹了一會無法使用，因為趕飛機沒多糾結，不過最終還是沒趕上飛機，被迫重新花了近一千多買機票。最後一天，因為這家酒店，給旅途帶來不好的心情及財產損失。
