We arrived at 6 pm and the room was not ready. They explained they offered late check out and that’s why it wasn’t cleaned yet,. However, they offer us a late check too and took our luggage to the room when it was ready while we had dinner and explored the city. They give you a code to enter the room. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family (2 Adults + 2 Kids). It had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!!! The toilets were modern. It had a kitchen that we didn’t use. It also had a washing machine with a place to dry the clothes! This really save us! The location was great, right in the city’s heart. We arrived at Xian north and it has a direct metro line 2 (27 min). You also have the Muslim quarter from 1 metro station stop. I would definitely recommend it and would have liked to stay longer.

The staff are not helpful.. I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights.. In the voucher, it's written free station pick up.. but it is not.. The hotel is hard to contact to..

Recomended hotel to stay in Xi’an, near with mall, near subway station, strategic place to go anywhere in Xi’an city, all services very good also. Thank you very much

When we arrived our room was not ready, however the lady was very gentle and gave us a bigger one, but still not corresponding to the one published on their website... The room was ok, not super good nor bad, sometimes they forgot to clean it.

This is more like apartment unit then hotel, but the space is really huge, for family traveler this kind of hotel was suitable enough. Location was not far away from metro station (nearest around 200-300 meters) and you easly walk away to xian city gate and bell tower if you want to walk. Around hotel also there were lot of local resto and food and also mini market. Overall this hotel was best choice for traveler who need bigger room and space and nice location
