We get a warm welcome greeting once we arrived and free upgraded to a larger room when the reception saw a family of four of us. The hotel located in a Strategic location which very close to the Xi a city wall which can be reaches in walking distance. Cleaners are hardworking and willing to help. Pleasant experience and recommended hotel !

We booked yongning double and was upgraded to another room because the double room we booked has no window. Partly it is low season so you may get upgraded. Trip.com has given a wrong information. It is recommended to check in advance. Overall, we are satisfied with the services.

Highly recommend! A five star service! All staff are attentive and go extra mile. Very clean room and amenities / furnishings are updated (hi-tech). Heated toilet seat, automatic curtains, chinese Siri/Alexa (Tmall) for voice command, free tea break, free nightly noodles. Total value for money! We are pleasantly happy with our stay. Only improvement I can think off is maybe the selection of breakfast menu and an English speaking concierge (but this is a long shot as most of China do not have this).

Took a second to place the lobby (it’s really just elevators), as soon as I got up to Reception I was very impressed. It’s gorgeous, it smells nice, my room was beautiful with an even better view. The location was why I booked this hotel. A perfect spot within walking distance to many city sights. All the extra bundles were worth it, too, highly recommend the late night noodles. And the staff were very friendly: 小徐 (Xiao Xu) and 小胡 (Xiao Hu). My Chinese isn’t the best, but a translator app is all you need.

I would recommend this hotel for those visiting Xi’an. U can view the citywall from the hotel restaurant’s balcony. Great view of Xi’an City from here too. Our hotel package came with afternoon tea n steel workshop which we experience & enjoyed. We didn’t have enough time to try on the hanfu but weather is too cold for that. We also enjoyed the supper noodle at night. Really delicious.

A very beautiful n stylish hotel. From the lobby to the open seating looking over the City Wall, everything is really good.
The family room - Big, spacious and clean
Location- Right at the entrance of the City Gate, perfect view! Also, the street behind the hotel has lots of beautiful cafes, merging a modern vibe into a historical city.
The staff - Friendly and enthusiastic to help
Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Xi'An! 😊

Ideal location every close to city wall, eatery, busking…. Property only switch on the heater during winter season but they are kind to relocate me to different room with 2 windows for better ventilation. Grateful to 小刘for your hospitality 👍🏻

The hotel has a good location, the receptionist 小潘 has been really helpful and the cleaning service 邓亚辉。but overall all the staffs were really helpful and understanding of our language barrier, no regrets just a good trip
