The room is clean and hygienic, the facilities are all smart, the waiters have good attitudes, and the freshly ground coffee and tea at the front desk are very delicious. It was a very pleasant trip.

The environment is okay, but it is not soundproofed at all. The window of the room I stayed in at the beginning was right outside the window of the elevator, which was very noisy. I called the front desk to ask if I could change to another room, but the front desk said that I would pay more to change to a family room. This is totally wrong. Fortunately, it was changed later, but I could still hear guests in other rooms yelling in the middle of the night, and I didn’t sleep well at all.

The transportation is convenient. It is relatively close to the city wall of Yong'anfang. It only takes 30 minutes to walk. The room is cleaned every day and luggage can be stored at the front desk for free.

This is the first time I encountered a bathroom door with a big gap. Once I went to the bathroom, the room was full of smell. The toilet paper was really bad and paper scraps kept falling out. I had to bring paper with me. The air conditioner was also loud. Ridiculous, the soundproofing is not good, the whole night is filled with the sound of people talking outside...
