酒店前台和接送站服務非常好。
缺點是房間有股非常刺鼻的味道，像是清潔消毒劑之類的，開窗依舊散不去。隔音也差了些，早上其它房間客人説話聽得很清楚。

我平時很少點評但這次是真不吐不快。我經常出差，從沒見過這麼差的酒店。
從入住辦理開始。我明確表示我着急出門，辦理入住已經很慢了，房間號還給我寫錯了，害的我找了半天房間。
進屋挺小的，乾淨程度可以，這一點我不是很較真。
直至我半夜2點回來，準備洗個澡，我發現問題了，沒沐浴露沒洗髮水，我就這麼過了一遍水出來睡了。當時太晚了，我想着就別打擾人家了。
第二天早上去高鐵站，説好的送站服務告訴我現在沒車得等半個小時，一共距離高鐵站2公里，讓我等半個小時我還用你麼。
最可氣的是 他們覺得自己做的還挺好，臨走之前還讓我給個5星好評。

第一，衞生不好，上一個客人沒有用過的洗頭液也是需要檢查有沒有異物，有雜物也便於更換。
第二，前台職業性不高，服務不專業，賓館是給客人提供服務的場所，醫療包或房間智能以及機器人服務不奢望你能配齊。指甲刀和針線盒這些應該還是需要配備吧。方便客人才能減少矛盾。
第三，300元左右的房間，好歹也是格林豪泰，連個早餐都沒有，我也是領教了，那麼退房送些餅乾給兩瓶礦泉水也可以吧。
第四，高鐵送接站服務開展是好事，既然開展這項服務，就應該把它做完善，2000米的路司機開的飛快，幾分鐘送到。在西安北高鐵站外橋底下就完了，自己提箱子走上二樓進站口還要10分鐘。顧客花8元起打滴滴直接就上客運大樓了，還不用受這罪。300元的房間都住了誰還會刻意節約這點。
