This boutique style hotel is simple but yet elegantly decorated, the front staff is attentive, helpful, responsive and always smiling.
The room is simple, clean and nice.
This hotel is located within walking distance to nearby famous attractions, restaurants and historical temples .A lovely hotel to stay

My first trip to Xi'an with my family and our first hotel is platinum wan'ao hotel and it's clean and amenities are great.. my daughter loved the room.. smart toilet with good flushing system.. the only issues we have is the shower head water flow is about small and the hot and cold water function can be very hot at 1 time and very cold at another time.. and the hot water will run out.. location is great.. near to 大唐不夜城。sound insulation not so good can hear the machinery at night.. but other than than I loved our stay.. the laundry room just beside our room

Facilities: quite complete, the bed is comfortable, relatively speaking it's ok
Hygiene: Someone cleans every day. The only thing is that unlike other chain hotels, I don't have to remind them, but they knock on the door to clean. But the hygiene is still very clean.
Environment: Because it was arranged at the elevator entrance, I called in advance to communicate that it should be quieter. The door is not very soundproof. Sometimes I woke up when I heard other people talking. Otherwise it was very quiet.

The room was clean. Xiaodu was fully automatic. The restaurant food was not particularly good but it was OK. My family couldn't eat spicy food. We asked for it and it was improved the next day. It was very good. The front desk was also enthusiastic. We gave a gift when we arrived.
