WALL Hotel Chang'an Designer Hotel (Xi’an City Wall Railway Station Hotel)

My experience staying in the "Premium Family Suite" at the Wall Hotel was extremely poor. Here are a few key issues: 1. Absurd Room Location The so-called "Premium Family Suite" is actually in the basement, with a skylight directly above the bed. Looking up at night, I was faced with a dark window, which was extremely depressing and even a bit scary. (Image 1) 2. Inconvenient Parking The parking lot is pitifully small and difficult to find. Driving in and out is a struggle, and they completely disregard guest convenience. 3. Noisy Air Conditioning The room is in the basement, so the AC must be on; it's stuffy without it, and the noise was so loud that it disrupted my sleep. I didn't sleep well the entire night. 4. Poor Layout The bathroom is extremely small, and the towel rack is actually inside the bathroom, making it easy for clothes to get wet. The floor is also very slippery, posing a safety hazard. (Image 2) 5. Poor Hot Water Supply Before showering, I have to run cold water for nearly five minutes to get hot water, which wastes both time and water. 6. The family room was poorly appointed. Although it was a family room, they only provided two sets of toiletries and two 200ml bottles of water. When I asked for more at the front desk, they refused, repeatedly insisting, "You can only take three bottles." I'm staying in a 500-a-night hotel, and I don't need two bottles of water. If it weren't for your hotel's remote location, would I have asked for water? This service attitude is so disappointing! 7. Poor hygiene. The sheets on the small bed in the family room were covered in a lot of unidentified debris, making it completely unsafe to sleep on. (Image 3) 8. Poor security. The room lacked a security chain, and there were obvious signs of dismantling. At night, I had to hold the door closed by the closet (Image 4). The price wasn't low, but the experience and amenities completely defied the "premium" label. The facilities, cleanliness, and service were far below par for similarly priced hotels. I won't be back, and I don't recommend it to anyone. While the front desk was welcoming, the smiles felt suffocatingly fake. I wish they could be more genuine and less formal.

Attentive and super friendly staff, the hotel is well located and the room is clean and well equipped.

The room is clean and the boss is very enthusiastic and nice. Very considerate, the location is excellent, in the center of Xi'an, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the boss enthusiastically recommends you various snack streets and check-in places in Xi'an, I will stay at his house next time I come to Xi'an
