Laundry facilities (which included washer and dryer) was located in same room as the gym, which made the gym stuffy to exercise.
Gym equipment was basic, a treadmill, bicycle and 5kg dumbells.
Staff showed service from the heart.

Location near Metro station, many eateries, metro station convenient to access to the central and common metro lines.
Hotel staff friendly and helpful.
Cleaning ladies are hardworking, friendly, accommodating, see to guests needs, happy working attitudes and helping guests with comfort stays and helping in promoting their city comfort hotel chain.
Laundries services are free.
Deliveries are sent by robot. Preventing outsiders accessing to guest room levels

This hotel well located within the ancient city walls, walking distance to the Bell and Drum towers and vibrant Muslim Quarters, where you can taste their amazing food. 5 minutes walk distance to the metro to visit the Great Wild Goose Pagoda in the Dantang Everbright City, you can also take to the bus shuttle from here to visit the Terracotta Warriors.
Breakfast was good and the team at reception attentive. I had two issues to mention, when I made the reservation through Trip.it, I was offered a ticket discount to the Terracotta Warriors and an e-sim card, which none of them were acknowledged by the reception team.

My favourite hotel on my China travels. It is super central and close to the metro. There is a 24h convenience store in the foyer. In the vicinity there a lots of restaurants and shops. If you walk left and follow until the city wall there is a super beautiful parc.
Some people might not like that there rooms with no window to the outside but it was fine for me.
As a negative point I would only remark that walls are very thin and one can hear voices.

The location of this hotel is good and nearby eateries.
The front desk was helpful and able to introduce some good food nearby.
There are washing machine located at ground floor which helps a lot.
The room itself were clean and water pressure was good too. Highly recommended

Room is nice, comfortable, walking distance to Xian great city wall.
Staff very friendly, easy to find food as a lot of restaurant around the hotel.

So far this has been my favorite hotel in China. The room is beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and new.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. And they have a cute robot that delivers food to the rooms.q
The location is excellent, just a station from the main square and next to the Xian wall
Also the breakfast buffet included was so good! They have western and Chinese options.
