凱悦旗下的一所酒店，經濟實惠。訂房時的特殊要求及時回覆並確認。到店辦理入住的時候來了一位頭髮漂染了幾縷的美女經理，我叫不上來名字，看我帶着孩子，及時把已經打掃好的比預訂的原房型好的房間給我。工作人員積極熱情，訓練有素。雖然位置不及鬧市景區，打車也並不費事，按頭推薦！！

非常滿意的一次居住。十一來西安玩，不想去擠景區附近的酒店，找到這家。開車過來的，地庫免費，還有充電樁，對於自駕電車來的太方便了。酒店整體年輕，有設計感，應該算是年輕輕奢酒店吧。整個裝修風格很喜歡，房間和公共空間用了大量的木飾面和水磨石，房間內部設施、衞生都很好，房間也挺大，我們加了床也不感覺擠。一層的接待台是開放式的，一下子就讓人感覺很親切。早餐豐富，還有本地特色的麪食和肉夾饃。服務人員都挺年輕，人數也不少，早餐的時候桌上堆了幾個盤子馬上就有人過來收拾，打車回酒店也有人很貼心的幫忙開車門，整體很滿意。

服務貼心，倍感温暖：從進門開始，每一位工作人員都面帶微笑，主動問候。前台may辦理入住高效迅速，lauar還貼心介紹了酒店的設施和周邊的遊玩攻略。，值班經理Carmen是非常專業。
住宿體驗，無可挑剔：房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，床墊和枕頭軟硬適中，保證了高質量的睡眠。
美食體驗，不負期待：酒店的早餐選擇很多，還有地道的西安特色小吃，味道非常正宗，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。
總之，這是一次近乎完美的入住體驗，下次來西安一定會再次選擇這裏！
