I stayed here last year and loved it! Every time I pass by Xi'an after that, I will book directly! It feels a bit like going home, comfortable and high-quality! However, I was very dissatisfied with the front desk service this time! I called on the highway to ask if I had any needs. I told them, but there was no mention of any notes when I checked in! So why did you call? I answered the phone on the highway for a long time without any results. Are you asking me to risk my life to cooperate with you?
