Because of my trip the next day, I booked this hotel near the train station. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the station, and you can also get there directly by taking the subway. You are not afraid of rainy days ~ super convenient, and I booked a special room, the front desk The lady's service is super friendly and she even upgraded the room type. The room is spacious, bright and quiet, and the bedding is new and clean~

本來帶着愉快的心情去住的，前台服務好，本來想給5分😭😭前台也讓我提前入住了。可是房間真的一言難盡，不知道攜程上的4.6分是不是刷出來的？
1.優點：前台服務很好，兩個女前台進錯房間了，我男的也沒啥。解釋過是誤進了，這個我理解。洗澡熱水比較充足，床單被罩比較乾淨。
2缺點：靠街邊房間吵。環境衞生 太差太差，衞生太差，衞生太差！！！洗澡的時候我還看到了別人用過的，沒打掃的牙刷。房間設施一般，房間無線網絡很差，看個承歡記，第1集還能看，第2集卡的根本看不出來。特別吐槽熱水壺，請問這麼臟的壺，你們自己喝水嗎？房間的熱水壺很臟 很臟，電視機的插座上都是灰，窗台上全是灰，牀頭櫃後面全是灰，我就後悔我為什麼沒有一進去早早發現，不然真不住。後悔早上起來才發現這麼臟😭😭。五路口的酒店我也住過的，你們家這衞生我真的是不敢恭維？不知道你們這客房領導平時查衞生嗎？客房阿姨不做細節衞生嗎？你們的老闆也從來不查這些房間衞生，還是衹有我的房間是那麼臟？不要聯繫我，這衞生差評，你們客房一點都不冤！！！

大學生出遊，一開始訂的別的民居，兩個人花了101，環境住宿條件很差，還打了一晚上蚊子。當即第二天訂了這個酒店，這個酒店的價格親民，很滿意。雖然中間出了點小插曲，但是環境和床是真的滿意。並且店家很熱情，特別特別特別熱情那種，強烈推薦。並且離着五路口地鐵站賊近，離着西安站賊近，特別方便，可以去各種地方。

從機場乘大巴到五路口，因東西較多，酒店前台小張同志接到電話親自來大巴下車點接我，很感動，有事求前台服務員們都能幫忙解決，出行交通方便，旁邊就是地鐵，來西安旅遊住五鹿酒店是我不錯選擇，從機場到酒店服務是很熱情周到給西安一個大大讚
