overall rooms are clean. however the toilet bowl always clogged. tobacco smell in the room. the cut the amenities in the room from 4pax to 3 pax on daily basis. phone in the room not working, so we need to walk to the reception to request for toilet paper and about the clogged toilet issue.

After comparing several hotels, I finally chose this hotel, which is close to the subway entrance. The lady and brother at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. The room has a window and is very quiet.

It is surrounded by a very prosperous business district and convenient for eating. There are free parking spaces at the door and underground. The lobby is simple and elegant, with a reasonable layout, light music, and a great atmosphere! The tea, coffee, candy and biscuits at the front desk are very delicious. I forgot to take pictures. The front desk is efficient, the service is thoughtful, and it is very professional and responsive. The room is brightly lit, the double-glazed glass is very quiet, the hygiene is very clean, the mattress is super soft and comfortable, the Internet speed is fast, and the office is convenient.
