It was a comfortable stay thanks to the clean and well maintained apartment . It also felt quite homely (unlike a hotel) as some basic kitchen equipment (including rice cooker and induction cooker) are provided besides the fridge and electric kettle. There is also a washing machine where guests will find useful. Eddy, the friendly and helpful owner has also stocked up the place with some tidbits, not forgetting the supply of nice coffee and tea. Location wise, it's within a short walking distance from the Metro station. Sundry shops and food outlets are also nearby.

It is a nice apartment, there is a lot of street food, bars and restaurants in the area. Only 1 metro station for the drum tower and walking distance from the south gate of Xian wall. The apartment was spacious for 2 people, had a small kitchen and all the basic amenities. The owner is friendly, we communicated with him through WeChat and gave us all the information for check-in and out.

— English version below — L’appartamento è situato poco fuori le mura di Xi’an in una posizione perfetta per visitare la città. A due passi dalla stazione della metro. Dotato di ogni servizio e molto luminoso, è stato la base perfetta per riposare dopo le lunghe giornate trascorse a visitare le attrazioni turistiche. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono una cucina attrezzata, una lavatrice (indispensabile per chi come noi ama viaggiare leggero e non ha ricambi infiniti) e tè e caffè per la colazione. Teddy è un host gentile e super disponibile. La comunicazione è sempre stata agile e veloce. Super raccomandato! The apartment is located just outside Xi’an’s walls, near the metro station, a perfect location to visit the city! The house is equipped with everything you need and is really bright (there’s a big window next to the bed with a view of the city). It’s the perfect base for resting after a long day walking around Xi’an. At your disposal there are a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine (perfect if you like light packing and don’t have infinite clothes) and tea & coffee for breakfast. Teddy is a kind and helpful host. The communication is easy and he’s fast responding. Highly recommended!
