房東有求必應人很好，小區周圍商店飯店都有很方便。就是房子稍微有些舊，卧室的門壞了不能完全關上，廚房不太乾淨，電視機有點小，有地方牆皮有脱落。

房子有4間房，大不大啊！房東人很好，幫我們寄存行李，送紙，早上很早來接我們。這麼便宜的房子去哪找啊！而且方位特別好，四面八方都有地鐵，我們住了8天，把附近的店都吃了個遍。早餐有胡辣湯，煎包，樓下的水果店西瓜0.99，湘菜也不錯，裏面三張相片是在家裡做的飯菜，每天我們都打掃衞生了。我有個小小的請求，就是廁所的門可以修下嗎？廁所的排風扇也要修下，太臭了。

從諮詢開始到離開，房東帥哥都是耐心細緻的回覆，入住時發了詳細的路線，很順利的找到入住地點，房間離地鐵很近，交通便利，樓下就有便利店、夜市，各種小吃應有盡有，早餐也很方便。房間很乾凈，沒有異味，每個房間都有空調，兩個衞生間也很方便。後來又續住了兩天，非常滿意的住宿體驗。

房間整體衞生還是不錯的，雖然在地板上門上以及廁所的燈上有些許的缺陷。不過房東也如實告訴了。不影響正常生活。附近小吃也挺多的比較熱鬧。而且離地鐵站也比較近。交通很便利

位置離西交興慶校區東南門尤其近，出行比較方便，小户型但東西比較齊全，有兩台空調，也有廚房（不過沒有用過），窗户外面就是西交大附中，可以看到風景。
有一些缺點：廁所的吸頂燈壞了，衹有一個插在牆上的燈泡，如果比較膽小的話應該會覺得有點害怕；卧室門雖然從外面打不開，但是從裏面無法鎖上，有安全隱患；還有其他的就是小區本身的缺點了，比如電梯，但也在所難免。
總體來説，瑕不掩瑜，是一次比較滿意的民宿住宿體驗，性價比非常不錯。
