Very good location inside the ancient city walls. This was within walking distance to a train station and nice strolling distance to attractions like the city wall, the bell tower, drum tower, etc. Watch the night come alive downstairs with the night hawkers just a few steps from the hotel, and visit the tasty noodles place opposite the hotel. The friendly biang biang noodles shop waiters will welcome you in from the cold. There's a 7-11 walking distance too, for the onigiri and other modern conveniences. The room was very nice and spacious, with nice sitting areas around the room.

剛進房間上個廁所差點給噁心吐了，仔細看馬桶上還沾着一大道子奧利給，已經幹了很久了，雖然前台給換了新房間，但是依然讓我留下了陰影。住這麼多年酒店頭一次見屎粘在馬桶外圍的，真的**啊！！！

1. 入住前曾經打電話諮詢過有沒有洗衣房 告知是有的 還能烘乾 特地選了這個酒店 第一晚去的時候驚呆我了 非常高大上 烘乾機像上個世紀的產品 雖然洗衣粉和洗衣液都有 但是洗衣機放洗衣粉 洗衣液的地方 都要包漿了 裏面還有異味 就是洗衣機洗不乾淨我的衣服 很絕望
2. 房間蚊蟲很多 房間內還沒有驅蚊器 凌晨兩點打電話給前台 送來的驅蚊器非常靠譜 蚊子繼續飛來飛去瘋狂咬我 鼻子變成了豬鼻子 後面實在受不了 凌晨三點買了雷達的電子驅蚊液的外賣 凌晨四點多才能睡着 導致第二天的旅行非常累 到第四天扛不住了 發燒了 39.18度 非常糟糕
3. 酒店的自助早餐每個人自費好像是39 酒店的早餐非常高級 高大上 我覺得是西安最棒的酒店早餐 我一時找不到我到底要吃什麼 4個涼菜 8個熱菜 +疑似盼盼小麪包 菜基本上是辣的 實在不知道吃什麼 而且味道也一般般 豆漿是豆漿粉沖的 早飯真的一言難盡
4. 服務是非常好的 不管是前台 還是阿姨 各種工作人員的服務是非常到位也很及時 這一點是非常值得表揚的
5. 房間的廁所門浴室門的標識也很有意思 非常的棒解決了我多年的強迫症 上面寫着推 那就是推不開的 得拉才能開門 反面寫着拉 那不行那得推門才能開門
真是納了悶了 是哪個大天才貼的

優點：1、屋子乾淨；
2、交通方便，距離鐘樓和小吃街很近；
3、前台服務態度挺好；
缺點：1、靠近門口處天花板維修孔那裡有“空調接收器”，會無規律的閃綠光，關燈之後挺瘮人，問了酒店，回覆是有空調的屋子都會有，我還從沒遇到過，設施減1分；
2、酒店沒有夜間值班維修師傅，所以第1條裏的“綠光”沒辦法解決，最後是我們自己用毛巾遮擋的，弄到夜裡1點多，服務減1分；
3、訂房間的時候特意看的有沒有窗，結果窗户確實有，對面就是居民樓的客廳和卧室，衹能關着窗簾，所以環境減1分。

離鐘樓、回民街較近，走路就可前往。地下停車場進口與酒店大門不在一條馬路上，導航過去到停車場入口也不知對不對，後來打電話問了才敢下去。房間大小合適，佈置的也比較舒服，就是衞生間略小，前面還貼了張紙小心碰頭，被子有些厚了。

房間的衞生很差，枕頭都是臟的，床單也是還有灰。想着換酒店麻煩，讓打掃衞生的阿姨換一下床單這些，也沒給換。酒店的吹風也很坑，吹頭髮吹一半熄火了，等吹風冷了才能再吹，真是服了。
