Amazing Stay with Excellent Service!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Xi’an! Even though I arrived before check-in time, the staff welcomed me warmly and gave me a clean, comfortable room right away. The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
What impressed me most was their kindness in allowing a late check-out due to an emergency. They were very understanding and accommodating, which made my stay even better.
Everything was perfect—clean rooms, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

體驗感極差，放假出來玩的，結果這酒店的破門打不開，被關了快一個小時，打電話給前台，一直打不通！太噁心了，服務太差了，想不通的一點，電話又打不通，你們為什麼要給平台留電話呢！意義在哪裡？而且衞生也差，我都懷疑你們衹做表面工作嗎？忽悠人呢吧！再也不來了！不推薦

內部空曠，洗漱用品撿漏，全是鏡子嚇人，門鎖難搞，地理位置不好找，住着讓人從心底裏不舒服，反正挺無奈也挺後悔的

春節過年時節，本想住下暖和一下，沒想到房間空調酒店怕浪費電做了手腳，調到32度衹是出點不冰的熱風，天寒地凍，不推薦冬季選這兒入住！哎！過年來西安高興的心情被冷凍的酒店徹底掃光了！
