Convenient location right by the Bell Tower, metro, shops, and restaurants. Room is clean with a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and ready to assist. Laundry is also available for free.

第一次和朋友來西安，因為和朋友一行幾個人就定了酒店的家庭房，酒店的位置很方便在鐘樓地鐵口H站出來就到了。旁邊也是商場很熱鬧相對也很安全。酒店大堂明亮整潔。前台小姐姐服務態度超級好屬於有問必答，每次經過大堂都會主動給我們拿水。酒店的枕頭真的很舒服我們朋友都想買一個回去，總的來説這個價錢這個地理位置簡直超值

早餐沒有來得及吃浪費了，環境很好，房間也給我升級了，很大，離地鐵近，鐘鼓樓回民街等都很近，地方適合家庭出行，想着過年如有機會帶小朋友來還住這邊。

酒店位於鐘樓附近，從地鐵口h出口不到300米，交通便利，從西安北站出來2號線直達。酒店隔音不錯，比較安靜。點外賣還有機器人送到房門口，前台小姐姐熱情周到，下次還會再訂。

房間乾淨整潔，服務員熱情有禮，還有機器人小可愛來熱情服務，看他一本正經跟你説話時心情美麗及了😄酒店位置不錯，步行幾十米就到地鐵口，離鐘樓也就百多米，散步到鐘樓看無數的漢服美女😍

離鐘樓地鐵口近，鐘鼓樓，回民街步行可到，出遊方便快捷，要求安排靠內街的房間，通風透氣，非常安靜，酒店隔壁就是陝西美術館

衞生：衞生很乾凈，而且很寬敞，淋浴噴頭水壓很好，沒一點問題
設施：設施都很新，是去年新開的準4星酒店，配有小米電視
