There was hair in the bed and on the sofa. There was no bottled water and no regular towel ( just now use towels). The location was great and the price was good!

服務很棒，雖然沒有前台，但是24小時有人值班，隨叫隨到，半夜三點出去拿外賣沒帶有房間密碼的手機，被鎖在門外，給管家打了個電話兩分鐘不到人就上來幫我們開門了[強][強][強]為這麼周到的服務點贊！
房間衞生方面也很好，很舒適，是家的感覺，家用浴巾毛巾和一次性浴巾毛巾，一次性拖鞋和洗澡涼拖都有，感覺到很貼心，全屋智能化設計很方便，床品也很舒服！總而言之來西安旅遊一定住在這，也會給朋友推薦[握手][握手]

真是棒太了，我平是時一個對民宿酒很店挑剔的人，但是這家店的真值得推薦，沖網着上看到的黑神悟話空體驗去房的，對間房沒有報太的大期望，沒想到這個價位內，居然有這超麼高五的星環境和內部設施!雖然沒有前台，但是房間裏很麪多細節都也考慮到了，有微波爐，冰箱，電磁爐，智馬能桶應盡有有!雖是然自助理辦入住，但是管家服務也是一超流的，24小時在線，隨時有問都題能聯繫到人!可見確是實用心了[強][強]房間環境公和寓環境都是超流一的!距離大唐不夜城也很近，出行很方便，一定會給身邊的友朋推薦!以後是會他家的常客!

設施：老闆提供了自己的ps5，上面有最新遊戲黑神話悟空，確實體驗感滿滿。
衞生：房間無異味，打掃得很乾凈
環境：附近離各個景點都很近，樓下就是地鐵口非常方便，所處位置也是個商圈，吃飯娛樂地方也很多。
服務：可以去外賣，不用自己下去哈哈哈這個真的得點讚了

住個酒店都這麼糟心 這服務也太差了 平時不管不問的 每次我後面續住的訂單都是我不問他要密碼 不問不主動給我發密碼的 然後有時候二半夜的還聯繫不上人 就是人鎖在外面 密碼過期 説好了的密碼不變 都延期好的 店家説正常着的 半夜回家門打不開 打電話人找不着 站在門外面 真被氣不行 樓下商場和樓下業主還經常辦活動 搞聚會 聲音很吵 特別是週末 夜裡12-3點樓下喝酒的鬼吼鬼叫 經常讓人休息不好 門反鎖不了 上面的反鎖也是破破爛爛的 衞生間玻璃門把手也是搖搖欲墜 浴巾建議別用 會掉白色絮絮 用一次性就好 有潔癖的建議避開 拖鞋牙刷質量很一般 日用品全都用自己買的 總之一言難盡 住的非常糟心 沒這麼糟心過

全五分好評，理由有五
第一溝通十分順利，流暢，入住前一天，主家主動聯繫客人下午六點左右，加微信告知入住細節，主家會發一個連結交按金，辦理入住，以及什麼時候可以得知門密，電梯卡第一次進入需要找一樓保安，之後入住就會在門口的櫃子上發現電梯卡，主家加微信後衹要問問題都會回答的很速速，溝通完全即順暢又快。
第二房間設施設備物有所值，基本上實現了80%自動化，水温都有顯示，窗簾按鈕自動打開，有廚房碗筷餐具，微波爐等必要設備。房間內的衞生十分乾淨，整潔，無可挑剔。
第三交通便利，網約車衹要不是高峯期都會接單，旁邊街道無擁堵狀態，距離大唐不夜城16分鐘開車。
第四：孩子十分喜歡滑梯，滑梯無安全隱患，放心玩。滑梯也很乾凈。
第五有個小缺點就是空調聲音太大了太吵，因為床就在空調下面。
真的是我住過的最好的民宿，物有所值。
最好還想説主家真貼心，門口架子還有防蚊子噴霧，知道西安現在蚊子多，太貼心了！
還有馬桶也是高級的，馬桶蓋子熱的，屁股抬起來就自動沖。
好好好好好好！！！
