房間乾淨衞生，午餐點了七八個家常菜，阿姨做得很好，食材新鮮，清淡健康，味道也不錯。孩子的防曬衣落下了，隔天就順豐寄到了家，非常感謝🫶
還有老闆的毛孩子乖滴很，孩子們喜歡極了😊

設施整體老舊些，房間馬桶不好用，然後泳池那邊也不太行！

酒店乾淨衞生，老闆娘很年輕，酒店佈置用心了，服務熱情周到，很貼心，離景區入口很近，酒店有餐廳，門口街邊很多農家樂，吃飯方便。雖然周圍很熱鬧，但是酒店沒有臨街，白天也很安靜。畫字房很適合一家三口入住，期待夏天樓頂温泉泳池，室內温泉浴缸和後院營地開放的時候再來一次！

五一去住了兩天，房間佈置沒漂亮，美女老闆人也很好，一樓的遊戲機完全俘獲了兒子的心，後山也可以去走走，很放鬆，總之是個很適合放空的地方。對了，民宿阿姨做的石鍋魚也好吃🤭

週末是我女兒的生日，週四時看到西安翠華山還有些雪景，臨時買機票從廈門去西安，想着給女兒一個特別的生日體驗，才選擇了這家位於翠華山附近的民宿，想着淡季1000元左右的價格，應該能有不錯的體驗。但實際入住後，差強人意！
1. 窗外景色與宣傳不符
入住前電話諮詢時，民宿工作人員説後山有積雪，但實際到“畫”房間後，窗外基本看不到雪，景色非常一般。房間雖然大小合適，但裝修和設施都很普通，地板沒有地暖，房間裏很冷，冬天住起來很不舒服。
2. 房間位置不便
房間在2樓，需要從大廳出門後走一個旋轉樓梯，對於帶孩子的家庭來説，上下樓梯不太方便。
3. 早餐體驗差
早餐提供時間較晚，菜品單一，口味也很一般，地方特色較少，作為南方人，不太習慣這種搭配，整體感覺性價比很低。
4. 交通與景區服務缺失
去翠華山需要坐接駁車，民宿無法提供直達景區門口的車輛，出行很不方便。而且民宿工作人員對翠華山的遊玩路線也瞭解不多，衹是簡單地説“網上先買個門票”，完全沒有增值服務。
5. 服務拖沓
整體服務還算過得去，但離開後發現有個充電器落在民宿，微信聯繫後，民宿回覆“找找看”，但過了一天多了都沒下文，最後衹能自己再買新的，感覺很不靠譜。

民宿必要打滿分💯！小朋友去的時候腸胃炎，老闆娘貼心的準備了粥和饅頭和熱水，暖寶寶…第二天爬完山回去很快就，老闆娘又熱心的分享了烤紅薯和餅乾。房間佈置的乾淨簡潔，是我喜歡的風格。非常暖，還熱！小店還有咖啡廳，佈置超温馨的。民宿後山能直接玩雪，還有冰瀑布呢。最後一點是距離景區大門就2分鐘。

無論是環境還是設施都讓我們驚訝，前幾天踩坑了一家1000多還沒電視的民宿，來到這裏真是感覺煥然一新。無論是裝修、傢俱擺設還是門縫細節，都很用心。洗漱用品是歐樂b的房間還有馬歇爾音箱，真是品味滿滿了。店裡有衹大狗叫丹麥，女兒第二天跟狗狗玩兒的捨不得走。早餐終於不是農家飯了，是西餐簡餐和牛奶，我很喜歡！我們一定會再來的。無論是週末放空還是冬天看雪，都會很愜意！

房間乾乾淨淨，服務特別熱情，這次帶了兩個孩子，主要去看翠華山裡的螢火蟲，地理位置特別方便就在景區大門口。店內三層露台有温泉池，房間內也是温泉水，晚上坐在露台上聊天、喝茶、看星星感覺特別幸福。早餐也很豐富營養搭配，非常棒！
