設施：有ai助手，像簡單的窗簾燈光排氣扇都可以幫忙操作開關
衞生：衞生很好可以每天一掃，我比較注重的是床單上的衞生但是這一次的體驗並沒有發現上一位客人的毛髮或者是一些細小顆粒
環境：環境距離城牆比較近但是距離鐘樓需要其行自行車10分鐘。旁邊有幾家很好吃的菜大家也可以去嘗一嘗
服務：進進出出都有打招呼再走廊上遇到工作人員也有打招呼感覺很禮貌就會讓心情更好一些
像最近外面有裝修也有提前打招呼會有噪音和送了耳塞
退房時也贈送了禮物
整體來説是一次美好的酒店之旅，西安的交通便利美食也符合口味，體驗到了很多我們在南方沒有體驗過的

姐妹夫妻從上海自駕旅行，第三站來到了西安，提前在雋程平台上訂了這家宜尚酒店二間房，四個晚上，入住後體驗不錯，地理位置、服務員態度、環境衞生等，都較讓人舒服的。所以給個五星好評吧。

酒店乾淨整潔，前台小姐姐服務和態度都很好，解決事情的速度也很快，早飯和夜宵粥都很好吃，晚上的巡邏的那個大哥也很好，辛苦大晚上幫我洗衣烘衣，離店還有小禮物，這半年來住酒店體驗感最棒的酒店👍👍👍

服務挺好的，前台包括客房阿姨，衹有碰到了都跟我們問好，早上出門匆忙，晚上回來的時候看見被子和睡衣被疊好放在床上，很不錯!
就是空調到了一定温度就自己停了，晚上睡覺有點容易感冒
