We had a very positive time in Xian. The hotel room was spacious, clean and very modern. The staff was always kind and helpful and they offered us free early check in.

The location of this place is perfect for the Xiaonanmen morning market where there are a lot of street food and local specialties. The hotel staff are polite and really helpful in introducing the local attractions to guests, they even gave us a free room upgrade! The rooms themselves also stylishly renovated with lots of Chinese culture, do have some issues with them, more standard for a BNB. The hotel has free tea, an amazing balcony and a bonus of a lot of house cats!

Fantastic location right next to the ancient city wall! Nice decor inside the hotel, and lovely roof terrace with great views! Clean and tidy, although a few paint chips and scuffs, everything was in good working order though! Felt very quiet even though it’s close to lots of vibrant areas of the city.

Thank you to 豆豆 who took such good care of us! The hotel is lovely and well located. It gets a touch noisy because of proximity to the walls (morning crowd to the 早市 and evening crowd at the many restaurants along the street)

The position of the hotel is near the main attractions in the city center. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful, they helped me on several occasions when I had problems or questions; special thanks to 格格 who helped me call a cab to the airport.

Dirty. Old. Full of dust. Bugs and other insects inside the room. They say they sell breakfast at 49RMB and it is not true!!! They simply do not have breakfast. I was bitten inside the bed by some bugs, outside by another one. The toilets are full of hair. Expensive. It was an awful experience. Don't go!

Very nice hotel located at a strategic location. Service and cleanliness is top notch. Receptionist Gege is attentive and helpful. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer which are useful during the trip. The kids especially love the cat and the huge room. Outside environment is nice too, near morning market that sells delicious local snacks and cozy bars at night. Can't praise this hotel enough. Thank you!

I had such a great experience with Hong Lu Garden Hotel . The location is amazing and hotel staffs are very friendly & helpful. Xiao Gu gave us a very good room and we had such a good stay.We highly recommended this hotel to everyone who is coming to Xi’an for vacation !

This hotel meets my need for a sense of ceremony. There are pet cats on the first floor and a sky garden on the top floor. The room is decorated in a simple style, with a place to drink tea and the ancient city wall outside the window. Sitting on the tea table by the window, smoking incense (free) and tasting Pu'er (free), I feel like I'm traveling through time. The location is also excellent, very close to Sajin Street, convenient for shopping and eating! In particular, the staff is Yangyang, beautiful and kind, warm and thoughtful service, and very polite. Great!
