Our Stay at VOCO was Great. We were well taken care of by Ellen who speaks good English and showed high levels of professionalism and kindness. The hotel was clean, spacious and relaxing. It’s located away from the hustle and bustle but food delivery and Didi rides are easily available. We really enjoyed staying here.

There was some metal clanging noise from outside the building due to the wind in the night, and the hotel changed us to another room without any fuss. Breakfast was good, and Susie Li in the restaurant was very friendly and service-oriented.

The hotel is in a very good location, near the subway entrance, easy to find, and the surrounding environment is relatively quiet. The interior design of the lobby is very strong and the New Year atmosphere is rich. The service staff is enthusiastic and in place. I would like to especially praise Xiao Zhang, Xiao Gan and Xiao Wang for their enthusiastic service. It is really good. The hotel staff training is very in place.
