Excellent location. Near the famous BaXianGong (Eight Immortals Temple) Also near Line 6 Chaoyang Metro and the city fortress wall. Many eateries nearby too. It's about 2 stations to Bell Tower at centre of the fortress. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very happy with the clean room and comfortable bed. Shower pressure is good

Perfect place to stay in Xi An!

We stayed here for 6 nights, I arrived at the hotel around 1:45pm and showed my check-in voucher to remind the front desk male staff that we had a free room upgrade but he said nothing But we were given a dead end room. Only just a 30 minutes we stayed in the room, we found it seemed like someone had bang the door very loudly and after this happened 3 times we decided to leave , so we contacted the front desk staff to ask for a room change and they said if want to change room have to wait, we waited until around 4pm then the staff brought us to the other room. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpet was so dirty. Room AI xiaotoo and a short-haired lady cleaner are friendly and helpful in this hotel . The location is very close to the subway and the city wall, the breakfast many variety

During this trip to Xi'an, I can say that I am very satisfied with the hotel's rating. First of all, the room is very large, the mattress and bedding are very comfortable and clean, and the front desk service is warm and responsive when needed. The hotel is located next to Changle Gate. About one kilometer to the left after entering the city is the Xiaonanmen morning market, and seven or eight hundred meters to the right is Yongxingfang. Further in are the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. You can see the bustling city of Xi'an with a shared bicycle.
