Came back here after changing my plans in Xi'An and found the same good environment I had the days before. I met another great person at the front desk who was very friendly as well. The only downside is that they only have one elevator available for guests and during breakfast time waiting for the elevator could be longer than most hotels.
However for the price it is really worth it, a great deal indeed.

Overall not a bad experience, downstairs is the MRT station, bakery, fast food and convenience stores just nearby. Local eatery (restaurant) just downstairs of the hotel.
Xi-an is a crowded city, especially in the city centre, hence staying near MRT to have the option to take MRT around is a wise choice.

Very nice hotel! Outstanding location, metro is 200 meters away from the hotel entrance. Guys at the front desk were very helpful (not speaking English but the translators help a lot), the room was sufficient in size, clean and cozy. Had to rebook the hotel because the other one did not have a fridge, but this did.
Enjoyed the breakfast with nice variety of dishes, not much meat but tasty. Coffee machine with ok coffee.
Overall great experience, the only downside was the smart system, which turned everything on including the tv and all the lights each time you come into the room. And it also switched on the dim light in the bathroom when waking up to pee. Not great for melatonin production.

Excellent hotel, nice and clean, we arrived early and we can do our check in, plus we get an upgrade on our room, breakfast was seated and Chinese, really good

Less than 10m walk from exit A of the metro. The hotel was conveniently placed to travel to Xi’an’s attractions. A business style hotel with expansive western and eastern style breakfast. Room had all the amenities. Shower was great. Recommend boosting wifi.

Excellent location. Near the famous BaXianGong (Eight Immortals Temple) Also near Line 6 Chaoyang Metro and the city fortress wall. Many eateries nearby too. It's about 2 stations to Bell Tower at centre of the fortress.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very happy with the clean room and comfortable bed. Shower pressure is good

We stayed here for 6 nights, I arrived at the hotel around 1:45pm and showed my check-in voucher to remind the front desk male staff that we had a free room upgrade but he said nothing
But we were given a dead end room. Only just a 30 minutes we stayed in the room, we found it seemed like someone had bang the door very loudly and after this happened 3 times we decided to leave , so we contacted the front desk staff to ask for a room change and they said if want to change room have to wait, we waited until around 4pm then the staff brought us to the other room. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpet was so dirty. Room AI xiaotoo and a short-haired lady cleaner are friendly and helpful in this hotel . The location is very close to the subway and the city wall, the breakfast many variety
