The room is big and decent. The breakfast is good, and customer service is great. However, we booked non-smoking room, but the next door people just leave their door open and smoking in the room. The whole floor is filled with smoking smell and in to our room. I info the front desk, and they seem to be powerless to enforce the smoking rule.

We had the family room, it was clean and organized, had a great stay. Friendly and efficient staffs. Accessible location as it was near the metro. Will definitely stay here again.👍

The room facilities are good and easy to use, especially the super-fast water heater, which is safer and more sanitary than the traditional kettle. The front desk is very warm and polite. They greet everyone when they come in and out, and also provide breakfast. When I left the hotel, they asked me if I needed a ride to North Station. The hotel can call a taxi for free, which is really considerate.
