I took my family and children to Xi'an for a trip at the end of the holiday. Because I got off late at the North Station on Friday night, I chose this hotel. It was easy to find a taxi, the room was clean, check-in and check-out were convenient and fast, and the service attitude was very good.

First of all, the hotel environment is good, with a national style! The front desk upgraded the parent-child room because we brought children with us. Parking is also convenient. The new hotel is also smarter. The TV is Huawei, but the hygiene in the room is not very good. The floor is a bit dirty! The socket cover in the bathroom is covered with dust

The flight was delayed and I missed the high-speed train. I booked this hotel near the high-speed train station temporarily, mainly because it had family rooms. To be honest, the towels were fluffy, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was powerful. But the smart control is hard to describe. The voice control only heard male voices, and the female voice did not respond. At first, I couldn't find the air conditioning control panel. I shouted in the room like a **, but there was no response. The adjustment of the shower water was also unusual, so I had to call the engineer to explain it again. The lights in the room only had mode switches, and there was no specific switch to control which light, which seemed to be very troublesome.
