Great! Good service! Good vibes! Tasty food! Convenient, clean and comfortable! I had a great time here. A woman receptionist is nice and friendly but I can’t remember her name. We talked a bit when I was waiting the elevator. She greeted me and talked about my country (Thailand). She also helped to carry my luggage. 👍

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Easily accessible to airport. Great services. Kids friendly with widespread of breakfast , tea break and dinner. The kids love the pool too. Gym is clean and huge. Highly recommended.

Executive floor offer very little choices for Afternoon tea, overall the room is really huge and comfortable. Breakfast have variety and offer Xi'an cuisine however the taste is quite bland. The best part is they have a huge bathtub and is nice if u travelling there during summer

My stay was really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They speak English. My favorite was Diana GAO. She is always at the kitchen and lounge. ❤️❤️

Outstanding - a perfect stay.
Very friendly and helpful staff during the whole 3 days. Very rich breakfast (western+chinese). Breathtaking lovely room. Special thanks to Mr. Eddy Miller from the front desk for his support on my member ship issue.

Good fluent English speaking staff as you would expect from a 5 star hotel in China.
JW Marriot high levels of quality as you'd expect with beautiful rooms, great facilities & lovely staff.
Cleaning lady in pool area was very patient with my kids, appreciated. And room service was very helpful with all my wife's requests - cleaning lady put in a great effort.
Fantastic time here overall.

The panorama room has a really stunning view and taking a bath there is really nice. The pool was empty when I was there so it was really nice to swim alone with the view.
