環境設施極差，已經是很老舊的賓館，就是小旅館，比廣州城中村稍微好一點點的存在。相關設施很久沒有更換過。樓體整體是陳舊的，房間內牆是臟的。衞生間隱隱約約有異味。馬桶易堵。熱水器幾乎是十年前的老款，這些年期間有沒有清洗過熱水器不得而知。床上用品發黃，有異味，皮膚挨着久了會又刺又癢。住宿整整一週，房內的衞生無人打掃。洗漱用品衹放了一天的份，即使住的時間再久也不會主動提供洗漱用品，得自己去要。沒有喝的水，水也是自己去要的。房間也不隔音，周圍環境不好，半夜樓下吵架，嘈雜，車輛開過，附近居民停車擋路，快遞小哥拚命按了十分鐘喇叭，有人來挪車，又吵起來……基本上每天晚上都能聽到窗外的聲音，近在耳邊。樓道對面住客素質堪憂，經常半夜哐哐哐很兇地砸門，尋仇一樣，也沒人管。我不是輕易給差評的人，本來想着小毛病我息事寧人算了，各退一步，反正東西我自己去要，也給了，態度也可以，我也不説什麼了。皮膚刺癢我自己穿長袖長褲睡，也睡過去了。衞生沒人打掃，我也自己打掃了。可是和店主的溝通讓我發現，算不了。我的忍耐和好説話變成了好欺負——對商家來説，顧客已經默默忍受了好幾天的委屈，是衹要沒説就當做不存在的，也覺得這樣去提供住宿服務是問心無愧的。

體驗感非常好從機場坐巴士到市區已經1點多了，老闆睡在前台的摺疊床上等我們入住，房間很乾凈衞生很好，空調也是速熱。位置在市中心門口有地鐵很便利，性價比太高了！並且是一家有人情味和温度的小店，更像是在親戚家住一樣，老闆知無不言會分享很多。推薦來住，旅行就是在於不一樣的體驗！

房間很乾凈，特別是床單被褥，配套齊全，該有的都有。老闆人很好，賓館周邊就是居民區，可以吃到很多純正的本地飯菜，出門就是環城公園，走幾步過了安定門就是西大街，離鐘樓特別近。個人建議去西安不要住在城牆內，就住在城牆外近地鐵站的賓館，經濟實惠。
我們一般來西安絕不會去回民街灑金橋那種專坑外地人的地方吃飯，這個賓館真的十分推薦。

老闆很好，訂房沒有顯示有免費停車，但老闆非常熱情的幫助找停車位，車輛很安全，酒店位置很好，去哪裡都方便，下次到西安還到這裏住，也祝老闆生意興隆！
