JI Hotel (Xi'an Gaoxinqu Ruanjianxincheng)

Very nice hotel. Went with kids and the staff was very caring and gave them toys and cookies. The kids were very happy. The food was delicious and there was a washing machine and dryer which was a big help. The hotel is very convenient with restaurants, supermarkets and grocery stores nearby. Overall the staff was very nice. Thank you very much.

Very satisfied. Clean environment. Complete facilities. Good service attitude. Breakfast is very nice, very intelligent, everything is very satisfactory. The children are very happy, especially the service attitude of the front desk lady is super good.

For this May Day trip, I chose the All Seasons Hotel, which is the closest to my husband's project. The hotel is relatively new, and I didn't expect the service to exceed my expectations. From the front desk to the guest rooms to the restaurant waiters, it really makes people feel at home. The front desk upgraded our room for free on the first day of our arrival. When we came back from our trip on the second day, we found that the room cleaning had written a card considerately, because they found that our suitcases were dirty from the long journey, so they wiped the surface of our suitcases clean. The hotel's laundry room is even more of a timely help. It has washing machines and dryers, and it also thoughtfully prepared small bags of laundry detergent for guests 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The breakfast category is also very rich. To be honest, I rarely choose chain hotels, but I will choose to stay in this All Seasons in the future.
