房間非常好，整潔乾淨，房間還比較大，視野開闊，價格美麗，是西安旅遊非常不錯的選擇，這次入住非常的滿意，期待下次再來西安之旅

旁邊什麼吃的都沒有。
房間是上下樓雙鑰匙的，隔音不好。
住進去的時候問過了當時帶我入住的工作人員，裏面是可以反鎖的。然而晚上回去的時候門試了好幾個密碼也打不開，來了另外一個工作人員，先是給我一頓教育告訴我裏面不能反鎖，再是邊打自己的私人電話邊給我開門，開了十分鐘也沒打開，我讓她可以先別處理自己的事情先工作上幫我把門打開，時間也挺晚的了，她那個架勢感覺是要和我吵架。
總之服務方面非常不專業。

離西安北站近，酒店樓下便是地鐵站，整體住宿環境乾淨整潔，本人很喜歡。而且價格也不貴，相交市中心一些酒店，我覺得性價比是非常高的。

環境和衞生到是很好，但店家管理混亂，對於後台訂單和設施十分不瞭解，因為一個門鎖在凌晨12點多一直開到1點多，近50分鐘才打開，本來就很疲憊，在走廊裏提着行李生生站了50分鐘。在這期間還讓我打開了一個有人居住的房間，總之是體驗非常差。
老闆還發來訊息説多多體諒他們，請問誰體諒體諒凌晨傻站着走廊的顧客呢？服務行業如果連服務都做不好，那可能您不適合幹這行。

房間挺大的，乾淨整潔，還有孩子愛看的投影儀，離地鐵也特別近，服務態度也挺好的，不足的是新開發的樓盤，在裝修，白天挺吵的，還有不太習慣的就是這個酒店是住宅小區改造的，那種複式樓，我們住在下層，上層是什麼店，有點不習慣。

近凌晨入住的，這是個公寓式酒店，設備設施很齊全，房間也很大。第一次入住的房間有冰箱洗衣機，但是被罩有點臟，換房後沒有冰箱和洗衣機，但是房間更大，有投影，但是投影是壞的打不開。這個房間是在一個loft的二樓，開門需要上樓梯，旁邊屋子還在裝修，窗外就是大馬路，窗户隔音較差，早晨會很吵。房間設施比較齊全，但是櫃子裏面以及角落的衞生狀態有點差。洗髮水質量不好，床上用品（床單被罩枕套）感覺用了很久，有點發黃，可以更換下了。總體而言，這個價格給這樣的地理位置和設施條件還是很值得，但是細節做好一點會有更多人回頭來住的。希望做的越來越好～

乾淨乾淨，這房間真的非常乾淨，面積大，區域合理，密碼鎖，進樓刷身份證，還有安保，非常安全。離西安北站近，樓下就是4號線地鐵口，我和孩子出行很方便。服務態度真好，西安人都很熱情。贊一個。
