Hot spring Hotels in Xi＇an

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional, especially at the hot springs. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special mention to the manager, Roland, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He could speak English fluently, which made our experience so much smoother. This level of service is a bit different from some of the other Chinese hotels we’ve stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-supported stay.

The hotel service attitude is very good and thoughtful. On the day of return, because the flight was very early in the morning and I couldn't catch the restaurant, the hotel arranged a temporary small kitchen for us the day before. In the morning, I could eat the breakfast carefully prepared by the hotel when I came down from the room. We were very satisfied with the service attitude of the trip to Xi'an

The overall facilities of the hotel make people feel relaxed and happy. The room is spacious and bright, with light colors, good brightness of the light strip, equipped with double-track curtains, good shading effect. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation of the window is not very good. There will be a humming noise from trucks passing by from time to time in the middle of the night, which is very disturbing for light sleepers. However, the hotel is equipped with earplugs, which can be obtained by calling. During the extension period, I would like to praise the service staff on the floor and the room service department again. The room was cleaned very clean and tidy. The heating was delivered to the room quickly when needed. Any help can be actively solved. The restaurant downstairs in the hotel does not seem to be very welcoming to guests dining alone. When they heard that they were dining alone, they did not greet them much. Originally, I wanted to order a few more dishes in the restaurant on Friday afternoon, but because I was worried about wasting food, I asked a few more questions. The waiter at the door was a little impatient, which really made me lose my appetite for dining in the restaurant. Finally, I went back to the room and used the room ordering service. The room ordering service is much better than the service of the restaurant downstairs. I used it several times during my stay. The level of the food is very good, the level of the chef is very good, the delivery is very timely, and everyone who delivers the food is very friendly and polite. When the food is brought into the room, it is kept at the temperature of the dining room just served. It is very delicious. When you need to collect the tableware, you can call the service at any time. It is very timely. Finally, it makes people feel uncomfortable when checking out. A girl at the front desk repeatedly asked to give a five-star rating and add her name. However, she did not provide any service for me during the few days of stay. Such a request is really embarrassing. I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t fully agree to her request. When I came back to store my luggage, she pretended not to see it. When there was no one in line, I waited for almost five minutes and no one asked. The same is true when I came back to pick up the luggage. When there was no one in line, I waited for a long time and no one greeted me. As a front desk, such behavior of ignoring guests requires timely training by the management. During the check-in process, I felt that the service attitude of the front desk was very unstable. Some staff had shortcomings in their hospitality, such as not actively greeting guests, being impatient in words and deeds, and basically no polite expressions such as hello and thank you. The language expression lacked the basic literacy of the service industry. Other guests cut in line at will without management. It is understandable that young people lack work experience and lack control over work intensity. The need for guests to give good reviews is based on the feelings of the guests themselves. This depends on how each staff member does his or her job well and what kind of feelings he or she brings to the guests. The negative feelings at check-out offset the goodwill accumulated in the past few days. Although as a hotel of this level, it should not be required by the standards of a five-star hotel, a good attitude in hospitality is a basic quality required in the hotel industry. Every staff member at the front desk is the business card of the hotel. I hope that it can attract the attention of the management and improve it.

It was great to have the self-service afternoon tea delivered directly to the room. It was also very comfortable to soak in the hot springs. I also participated in a pottery painting activity in the morning. It was a very interesting hotel experience. The environment was also very good. There were lambs and peacocks in the yard, which was very cozy.

Definitely worth every penny. Will absolutely recommend to anyone planning a relaxing day at Huaqing (and/or intending to visit the Terracotta Warriors). Regrettably we did not spend enough time (only an overnight stay). To truly appreciate the hot spring, would suggest 2 nights if time permits, so as to really make full use of the hotel facilities. We visited on the last day of the performance for the outdoor show - The Song of Everlasting Sorrow (长恨歌). Tickets were organized through the hotel concierge. Best to ask for middle section to the back so you have full view of the huge stage (including the actual mountain as the backdrop). The hotel organizes meet-up and then a slow stroll into the garden and then back to the hotel. If you plan to use the public hot spring, bring a swimsuit. Stunning hotel. Just do it.

I stayed in the Qingtong six-person room, a single-family villa, recommended. It has two floors. The living room on the first floor has a sofa and TV, a bedroom with a bathroom, a kitchen and a small dining room with a refrigerator and water dispenser, and a large outdoor dining table. Next to the dining table is an outdoor pool. There is an indoor pool next to the living room. On the second floor are two bedrooms with bathrooms and a mahjong room. There is nothing to say about the facilities. You can add hot spring water by yourself at any time. You can go to the big garden at any time. There is Xiaoyu Hot Spring there with more pools. And when there are many people, it is no problem to sleep two people on the sofa in the living room. You can ask for extra quilt. There is a lake next to it where you can hang out, and the Shangxiajiu Guangzhou cuisine at the Tiantai Hotel opposite Daqin Hot Spring is also very good.

A dignified and elegant hotel, suitable for a small vacation. The hot springs are great. The water temperature is suitable. It is also very clean. There are many hot springs. The outdoor swimming pool is very good. The service attitude is also very good. Except for the bed, which is a bit hard, everything else is very satisfactory.

It is the only hotel in Dongda Village that foreigners can stay in. Everything is very formal, clean, and sanitary. There is also a parking lot with plenty of parking spaces! It is so convenient. There are all kinds of milk tea shops and snack shops downstairs. It is very convenient to do anything! It is the best choice for traveling to Xi'an University of Technology or the surrounding areas!

The room is clean and pet-friendly. The place is large. The B&B we stayed in has a large yard, which is very cozy. Opposite is its own restaurant, so you don't have to worry about breakfast, dinner and supper. The boss is very generous. There are many pomegranate trees in the supper place, which the boss takes care of himself. It is also very close to the Terracotta Warriors. I will stay here again when I bring my family to Xi'an next time.
