酒店地理位置特別好、距離地鐵口步行就兩三分鐘、出去玩也很方便、離大雁塔大唐不夜城、坐地鐵就幾站路、酒店環境非常乾淨、床鋪很整齊、佈局非常合理、簡單大氣、衞生間乾濕分離、特別適用、給人一種很温馨的感覺、就像回到了自己家一樣、房間價格實惠 性價比高 得到的不止一次舒適的入住體驗 還有人間煙火、這是我對這家酒店的評價、其次大西安的風景真的太美了、生活不止眼前的苟且、還有詩和遠方的田野！

It's OK, it's relatively new and the location is OK. Jiaotong University is nearby. I'm not used to the food in Xi'an. The breakfast in the hotel has flower rice, which makes up for the trouble of not having rice for a few days. There is a park opposite, which is quite noisy in the morning.

This Novotel Xian Hotel is in a very strategic location near the MRT station, next to a mall and surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. Love this place. Overall the service is good, there are only a few comments: * if you like going to karaoke or going to the cinema, then you will like the dimly lit room theme with very minimal lighting, unfortunately my family and I are not comfortable with minimal room lighting, the room is dark. * If you like going to the SPA to soak in hot and cold water, then you will like the unstable condition of the hot water for bathing (shower) because it sometimes flows hot and cold water alternately. Unfortunately, my family and I don't like going to SPA, so this condition is a little annoying. * The thing that is very disturbing is that THE ROOM HAVE NO AC (Air Conditioner)... I have asked the staff, the information is that the AC facilities have not been activated in April, and please open a small window if the room feels hot. I thought it was April Fool's Day, but it turned out that staying 3 nights without AC made me sleep uncomfortable because it was hot even though the window was open, not to mention the noise of traffic at night which disturbed my sleep. Maybe I was careless in not reading the information when booking this room, but it seems I didn't find clear information that there were no AC facilities in April. This is the first time in my life that I have stayed in a 4 star hotel or above that doesn't have AC, LOL. My advice to potential guests is to be careful if you want to book this hotel, better check and recheck. Breakfast so so, you can try Xian traditional food here.

There is also radar, but basically there are no mosquitoes on the 12th floor where I live. Unlimited supply of mineral water, great atmosphere. There is also free sour plum soup and orange juice on the ground floor. The laundry room on the 16th floor is also nice. Later, I couldn't bear it anymore, so I secretly went to the large scale for weighing vegetables on the 16th floor. 3.
