This hotel is in a good location. If you stay in a high-rise south-facing room, you can see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Although it is next to the Second Ring Road, it is very quiet. The room is small, the breakfast is rich, and there is exquisite afternoon tea. You can walk to the museum and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The service is warm and highly recommended. The guys and girls at the front desk were very helpful and even upgraded the room type for free after arriving. The room was clean and tidy and soda water was provided. My children get a small gift every day and are very happy. It's very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, just a short walk away, so you don't have to worry about not being able to get into the car and being stuck in traffic. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby. It was really a stay that was highly praised by the whole family! Breakfast is also very rich!

Right next to Xing Cheng Live Theater (picture below), this hotel is just around the perfect area to start exploring Xi’an! The subway station is super close, around 5 mins walk! Also, the the front desk service is pretty helpful! There’s always someone there to help!👍👍 Finally, the room is quite spacious and comfortable! The summer was scorching, and it coincided with my wife’s birthday. When I chose the major hotels in Xi’an, I saw a lot of praise for Jue Yuefu Hotel, so I decided to stay in this hotel for two days! Now describe our personal experience as follows: 1. The hotel room has complete hardware facilities, reasonable layout, complete bath and bathroom facilities, better than many five-star hotels (see photos for details), 2. Breakfast is very rich, diverse, and various Shaanxi snacks , Cantonese dim sum, Western breakfast varieties are available, a variety of stir-fried vegetables, meat and vegetables are reasonably collocation, a variety of sweets and snacks that children like, and even children’s drinks and healthy milk are specially prepared for children. It is really intimate! 2. The hotel parking lot is spacious and comfortable, which is very convenient whether it is on the ground or underground! The parking lot security is dedicated and very safe. 3. The location of the hotel is very good, adjacent to the most prosperous Xiaozhai Saige commercial area and Big Wild Goose Pagoda tourist area in Xi'an, and Shaanxi History Museum. Especially standing in front of the window of the executive lounge on the 25th floor has a bird's-eye view of Xi'an, which is very beautiful! 4. Talk about hotel services: In all fairness, I have stayed in various hotels all over the world for many years. As far as the hotel lobby and western restaurant are concerned, the conditions are not the best, but the quality, service attitude and service etiquette of the hotel staff are indeed the best (no 1) Whether it is from the management staff or the ordinary room attendants, they are polite, enthusiastic and thoughtful, which makes us very moved. Although there are comments that everything is good at this hotel but the price is high, we think it is aimed at the software, hardware and services of the hotel, in a word: it's worth it! 5. What I want to say in particular is: the special fried dough sticks made by the Chinese restaurant on the fourth floor of the hotel are particularly delicious! The room was big and clean. There’re many convenient stores and lots of restaurants nearby. Metro is about 10 minutes away (from the elevator hall). Can walk to the bell tower to enjoy the view of the city. Easy to check in via WeChat. I thought it might be difficult to find the room at first but the owner gave me some pictures that show the way clearly. However, they only provided 1 small toilet tissue roll for our 4 nights stayed. the WiFi was very poor.

The location is okay, about 700 meters away from the Everlasting City of Tang Dynasty. We drove there by ourselves, parked a little further, and walked a while in the three-dimensional garage outside. The service is a bit lagging behind. The laundry room is open 24 hours a day, but there is basically no one to take care of it at night. The washing machine broke and it couldn't be used. I went to the front desk twice and sent two very old people away. I couldn't figure it out for a long time and ended up struggling. It took three hours to finish washing the clothes. The good night gifts and souvenirs that come with the order must be given unsolicited or unsolicited. In addition, many of the breakfasts are semi-cooled. It looks like they are placed in a container but actually has no heat preservation effect. The overall condition of the house is okay, the hygiene is acceptable, and the room is large enough, which is worthy of recognition.

Despite the conditions of the facility which is not in top shape, I would consider staying in this hotel again nextime around. The only reason for this is due to outstanding services provided by the receptionists, and especially a young female receptionist who was on duty early in that morning(11/3). My Alipay and WeChat pay accounts were suspended for no reason, and because of that I couldn't call/reserve a taxicab on my own. I really appreciated her help getting a taxicab for me.

The Campanile Hotel is in an excellent location. You can walk to the Tang Dynasty Everlasting City and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. You can also walk to the Shaanxi Museum. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the price/performance ratio is very good. It is convenient to eat downstairs. The mutton in the water basin is delicious. There are breakfast options nearby. , highly recommended.
