Hotels Near Crape Myrtle Lake in Xi'an

The room is spacious and the bedding is comfortable. The only fly in the ointment is that the decoration time is not long, so there is still some smell in the room that has not dissipated. The front desk staff is warm, patient, meticulous, and the butler-style caring service makes people feel at home. Especially Jiajia, at 12 o'clock in the evening, still answering questions, dedicated and sincere people are amazing. 24-hour self-service coffee corner, especially suitable for caffeine dependents.

Stayed for four nights in June 2024. The location is great, subway station is right across the road, it takes 40 minutes to get to the airport without any line changes, and about 40-60 minutes to get to the city center. Northern railway station is just one stop from there. The neighbourhood is quiet, tranquil and is full of small supermarkets and local restaurants. The room was clean and cosy. Everyday we got free water and tea supply, which was crucial during +35C heatwave in Xi’an. AC and other technology in the room also was working without any problems. The breakfast mostly consists of Chinese food (chaofan, dumplings, baozi, noodles etc), but there were also cereal, fried eggs and other usual western breakfast things. Everything was of great quality and taste. Free of charge small dinner buffet was a pleasant surprise for us. The staff didn’t really speak English (but they use automatic translators really well, which helped a lot). They were extremely eager to help and overall very nice. We’ve had several weird questions, but they were always there to help us. They’ve even presented us a farewell gift of snacks. We’ve used the laundry service, which was also free of charge. It is very convenient and fast. We will certainly stay here again, if we return to Xi’an.

We got off the train at around 10pm. It was not far from the high-speed rail station. The location was not easy to find, but the staff patiently answered our questions. To be honest, the room was average, but it was quite big. For three people including my parents, it was very cost-effective to book a room for three people at this price. We just slept there and left early the next morning, so we were quite satisfied.

Great hotel, super reception, amazing stuff. We, additionally liked the size of the room. We had two very comfortable beds, a big bathroom, and, which was our favorite, an amazing couch with a super nice view of the skyline of Xi'An. If you want a cosy and convenient stay, this is the place for you.

A lovely hotel, close to the train station hence why I booked here. Beautiful bed and room, quiet. Chinese breakfast only but there was enough to cobble something together. No English spoken on the reception desk but someone available to help. Convenience store just outside the hotel was a help. Cheap and good quality, would stay again.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel and the staff were most helpful with the aid of a translation app. I would like to say a special thank you to Wang Nan, Xu Yan, Fan Siyu and Zhang Liping. Wonderful people who helped me in everyway.

I saw this hotel by accident. When I arrived at Xi'an North Railway Station, I opened the nearby hotels and looked at the nearby hotels. After reading the reviews, I thought this hotel was not bad, so I booked one. After arriving, I was not disappointed. The lobby is well decorated and clean. The front desk service is also good and the check-in is very fast. The lady surnamed Li has a very good attitude. I booked a room with a big bed. The environment is good when I enter the room. It is also clean. The facilities are also very complete. The bed is very soft and comfortable to sleep on. It is very quiet and I slept peacefully. When I checked out, everyone left. Suddenly I remembered that the headphones were in the room, so I contacted the hotel. The front desk also arranged for express delivery for me. The service is very good. The overall cost performance is very high. I will stay at their house next time! Thumbs up [strong]

The hotel manager Sherry was excellent. Took care of my needs very well. Very helpful. IT staff Amy is technically very competent. Helped me with my WiFi setup efficiently. Very patient too. Reception staff Damon, young but very well mannered. Jason helped me call a cab at 5am. Very efficient n friendly.. Overall, makes me felt like home :)

The Hotel enjoys an excellent location and even better staff, a book I forgot in the room, surprisingly received from express delivery when I was in another city the next day!! Responsible and reliable staff.

It’s okay, it’s so-so, it’s close to the train station, and the traffic downstairs is very convenient. The overall is so-so. It’s a private bathroom when I set it.
