I went there during the Spring Festival holiday. There is a park right outside the subway station, so I can walk through the park and save a few steps. There are big roads all around, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the hotel, which is quite close. I thought there would be traffic noise next to the road, but it was quite quiet to live in. The entrance is a little bit unnoticeable, but I like the decoration style inside. The road signs with blue background and white letters inside the entrance are suitable for taking photos and checking in. The hotel service is very good, the room is also very clean, the breakfast is very rich, both Chinese and Western, and the rice noodles are freshly cooked. The light in the bathroom is a little dim, and the projector in the room I stayed in is a little blurry, because I don't watch it much, I didn't reflect this problem. Overall, it is very good.

The first impression of Datang Xishi Hotel was that I entered a palace. The front desk service attitude was warm and thoughtful, and they upgraded our room directly. Because the children are allergic, they kept sneezing in the room🤧. I booked a room for a few days and reported this to the front desk. At that time, I was also shown a suite in the same building. I still felt a little worried and was still considering changing hotels. I had called to confirm that there was a room. After lunch, I went to the front desk again to ask. There were several service staff. Everyone was very enthusiastic. Song Dandan impressed me. First of all, she made me feel very kind, listened to my needs patiently, and made timely adjustments. My grandmother and two Australian children liked the current room very much. I will come again next time.
Service: The staff of the entire hotel were all smiling, and the three things they were most satisfied with were:
1. Song Dandan's excellent service.
2. The housekeeping department took my mother to patiently find the medicine box, and the front desk manager knew and apologized when I checked out.
3. I ordered takeout in the evening and it was delivered to my room.

The hotel is not that close to the downtown. It takes some time to get to any of tourist attractions places. However, the overall experience was amazing! The room service, amenities, attitude of the staff, cleanliness - everything was perfect. The reception staff spoke English and they were not only very polite, but also always ready to help with some advice, or to assist in case of any needs. Buffet breakfast - delicious, rich, big diversity of everything. The buffet dinner is served in the same restaurant (have to buy separately), which is also worth the price, they do their best to satisfy everyones taste. Definitely, would stay there again.

The room was small, and there was a peculiar smell after entering. The service staff was very nice and brought air freshener, but there was still a slight smell. There was no dedicated laundry room, only the laundry room for hotel employees, and there was only one elevator. It was difficult to get up and down. Very inconvenient, it takes a long time to wait for the elevator, and it is a public elevator. It is very crowded during meals or during peak periods. The overall value for money is average.

設施：新開業酒店，員工都很熱情；房間不是很大，但視野很開闊，整潔明亮；電視具然有投屏功能，這個不錯；今天專門問了朋友住的怎樣？説床墊特別舒服；
服務：有機器人服務，挺好玩的！
環境：大堂還挺亮眼的，但沒來及拍照。

The location was fantastic with easy access to the MRT and also to the key sights!
While we had a small encounter with one of the front desk staff on the morning when we had to go off early on a day trip to Luoyang, the staff have been hospitable and would go out of their way to help us.
We are particularly happy with the lady in the restaurant and the staff within the restaurant. Always ready with a smile!
Would like to give an excellent review for 小任, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our rooms daily! There was an evening when we returned to find that she had taken the initiative to wash my socks for me. I was pleasantly shocked by the gesture! There was no need for her to do so, yet, she went out of her way to make us feel at home!

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved this hotel. The breakfast is aMAZing with so much choice. The rooms are exquisite, comfy with lots space. The queen size bed was super comfortable and sooo big, I lost my partner most nights. In addition, the staff and service was exceptional too. They have a robot that delivers to the rooms which is a bit weird especially if you share the lift with it. However, a couple of things to note. It's quite far from the old city wall although it looks close on the map. The hotel is a bit dated and is in need of a renovation. Carpets in corridors are a bit stained, our no smoking room stank of smoke, the windows were dirty and some things didn't work like the safe. The pool was lovely but again the spa (jacuzzi) was out of order. Overall, I would recommend staying here especially for the breakfast and room sizes.

It's a good hotel that doesn't need any explanation.In front of the hotel, in the lobby, and on each floor, sculptures and paintings by Chinese, Korean, and Japanese artists are displayed. Personally, I like Korean artist, Son Bongchae's painting in the center of hotel lobby. I strongly recommend this Ritz Carlton in Xian.The best hotel in Xian.

GGuest UserI have had a great time staying here to discover Xian. 6 day trip and the hostel was great. Be sure to take the stairs since the elevator is very slow. The hostel is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and intact. The toilet is amazing given the Chinese toilet standard. The location is super convenient to reach food/metro/attractions! It will be hard not to fall in love with this view every-time you walk out of the hostel.

1. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the subway station. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, so it is very convenient for traveling, eating and shopping.
2. The room is quite spacious, and the 2-meter large bed is very comfortable to sleep on.
3. The heating in the room is very good, and the igloo is very warm in winter.
shortcoming
1. The house is not very clean. There are dust particles on the floor. It feels like it has not been wiped. There are hairs left by the previous guest on the bathroom basin, conditioner bottle and floor drain. Moreover, I stayed for 6 days. The hair on the conditioner bottle and the floor drain have never been cleaned. On the first day of check-in, one of the towels had two dirt marks. Later, new towels were changed every day and no dirt was found. In short, the cleaning was very good. Bluff.
2. This hotel is in a commercial-residential apartment building. Each floor is shared by several hotels and other residents. You can't sleep in during the day, as decoration starts at about nine o'clock.
3. There is something wrong with the hotel's circuit facilities. If you use a hair dryer to blow hot air for a long time, the circuit will trip. In the winter, you can't use hot air to blow your hair, so you can only use natural cold air.

BinBin was excellent in helping us find our way around and book attractions and tours because we can't speak Chinese well. She always greeted us with a smile whenever we passed the lobby too. However, the stairs here are not suitable for the body. Those people who are not particularly good go here to live. Generally, there is no problem. There is also a situation where the air conditioner here is used in extraordinary times. If you want to use it, you have to add money, it seems to be ten yuan. In addition to these two, others are more recommended.
