Stayed for three nights, the hotel was clean and the service was first-class. The short-haired sister at the front desk had the best service attitude, helping us guide the way, looking for food, we must like it. The fly in the ointment is that the bathroom is a bit small. The big sister at the front desk said that the bath water is hot spring water. No wonder I can't help it when I take a bath. 🤩 The hotel has its own catering, Sui and Tangdu flavor, casserole chicken and big cold is super, ate twice 🤪 The location of the hotel is very good, standing at the entrance of the hotel can see the city wall, walking to Jianguomen, it takes six or seven minutes. Next time I come to Xi'an, I will stay at this hotel.

I came to Xi'an on a self-driving trip from Xinjiang. The layout of the hotel room was okay, the bath water was very big, and the restaurant was too hot. Front desk service is average. The most important thing is that the hotel does not have a parking lot, which is a headache. It is too laborious to park the car and ask grandpa to tell grandma. After many twists and turns, I finally found a place far away to park the car at my own expense. I booked a family suite for a family trip with my children. The hotel arranged a room facing the street. Someone was dancing square dance outside very noisy early in the morning. I was woken up early. Hope the hotel can improve the service after seeing this.

The location could not be better - right in the heart of the city, walking distance to many attractions, especially those you want to visit at night, and nearby a key metro station. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a well designed set up -- for this we had no complaints. Staff ignored my messages to the service WeChat though, then asked for a good review 🤣 Also noise from the street and other rooms was noticeable, but not too much of a problem. Bathroom on the first floor was very dirty, but the rest of the facilities were fine. We didn't have the breakfast. For us, the location was just so convenient, so for more budget conscious travellers like us, this hotel definitely served it's purpose. Recommend.

A very antique homestay, according to the navigation is still more accurate to find. The proprietress is amiable, very enthusiastic and attentive. She specially helped Zhang Luo park and stay. In the morning, she also specially waited at the door for fear that we would not get the door. It is more convenient to eat and buy things around, and there is my favorite morning market. Sleeping at night was very quiet. Because it was raining, the house was a bit cold, and we brought us an electric heater. I will choose here next time.
