Very nice stay. At the center of the city. Excellent staff. Very clean. Normal breakfast. Easy parking facilities. Worth visiting the city. Very alive nightlife. Beautiful old town. Excellent food in town, especially the gyros and the sweets.

İki kez kaldım, merkeze ve Old Town’a çok yakın, odalar temiz, çalışanlar güler yüzlüler. Resepsiyonda Türk çalışan da var ve her sorunuzu özenle yanıtlıyorlar. Kahvaltısı yeterli ama tek eksiği klasik çay :) Böyle merkeze yakın olup kapalı otoparkının olması benim gibi motorlu ve arabalı gezginler için çok büyük avantaj. Sanırım tekrar kalacağım…

The outside facade looks a bit rough, but the hotel and the room was nice. Staff friendly and helpful.

είναι η 2η φορά που επισκέπτομαι το ξενοδοχείο και δεν είναι δική μου επιλογή γιατί με φιλοξενούν. Και την πρώτη φορά και την δεύτερη φορά έφτασα κατά τις 12 το μεσημέρι κατάκοπος από ταξίδι αεροπορικό από Αθήνα προς Αλεξανδρούπολή κλπ. Έδωσα την ταυτότητά μου και περίμενα να πάρω το δωμάτιο. ΚΑΙ την 2η φορά η κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν μου είπε ότι το check-in είναι στις 14.00. Στο πίσω μέρος είδα ότι είχε πολλά κλειδικά κρεμασμένα. Όταν της είπα "εάν έχει κάποιο δωμάτιο ελεύθερο θα εκτιμούσα να μου δώσετε ένα" μου είπε ότι κάποια από αυτά μπορεί να μην τα έχει καθαρίσει η καθαρίστρια ακόμη. Επέμενα γιατί ήμουν κομμάτια και με αρκετή πίεση πήρα ένα δωμάτιο. (οι κανόνες είναι σεβαστοί αλλά πιο σεβαστή είναι η εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη εάν αυτό δεν δημιουργεί πρόβλημα και στο ξενοδοχείο - φαντάσου να κάθεσαι στον καναπέ επί διώρου επειδή το ξενοδοχείο δεν θέλει να σου δώσει ένα από τα ελεύθερα δωμάτια - εάν δεν υπήρχε ελεύθερο δωμάτιο το σέβομαι - το άλλο είναι καψόνι). Εννοείται την επόμενη μέρα (καθημερινή Ιανουάριος) 11.05 χτύπησε το τηλέφωνο να μου υπενθυμίσουν ότι τα δωμάτια έχουν check out 11.00. Η κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν δεν φταίει, μάλλον φταίει η διοίκηση που πρέπει να αντιληφθεί ότι δεν είναι λογιστήριο αλλά ξενοδοχείο. Το πρωινό επίσης ήταν μέτριο - κατέβηκα κάτω με το που το είδα έφυγα και πήγα να πάρω μια όμορφη μπουγάτσα από την ΑΝΕΣΗ που τη συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα

Πεντακάθαρα, άνετα, ζέστα δωμάτια. Καλοσυντηρημένα μπάνια και Πολύ καλό πρωινό. Στο κέντρο της πόλης ουσιαστικά, μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία της Ξάνθης. Διαθέτει parking αυτοκινήτων. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο.

Βολική τοποθεσία, εξυπηρέτηση parking, συμπαθητικά ημι-ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια. Το μεγάλο πρόβλημα είναι η Reception. Προσωπικά, αντιμετώπισα ειρωνική, αγενή και αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και ασυγχώρητη άγνοια του τί, κατ' ελάχιστον, περιλαμβάνεται στις ξενοδοχειακές υπηρεσίες. Η εμπειρία αυτή επισκιάζει στα μάτια μου τα όποια θετικά του ξενοδοχείου και εννοείται ότι δεν ξαναπερνάω ούτε απ' έξω.
