The house (250m ²) is located in one of the best locations in Javea on a large plot of 1. 500m ² at the end of a dead end - and thus wonderfully quiet. From each room to the sea side and from the garden you have a spectacular view of the sea and the bay of Javea. The port of Javea with shops, restaurants and the beach and the old town are within walking distance. The main beach of Javea (Arenal) can be reached by car in 10 minutes.The holiday home is very large and spacious with a private garden and infinity pool overlooking the Bay of Javea.
