It is only a 5 to 10 min walk to a small beach area for swimming fishing or boating. There is a paddle boat,row boat, canoe and 2 kayaks for you to enjoy. There is also a small play ground, basketball court and baseball/kickball field. Feel free to bring your recreational vehicles to get around the small community or enjoy a nice walk. We are located near many places to check out, darien lake and letchworth state park are both 30 min away. Niagara falls is 1 hour away. Ellicottville skiing resort is 45 min. Arcade &Attica train is 10 min. There are also many golf courses in the area. The cottage is equipped with pretty much everything you would need for cooking and the beds are all ready for a good night sleep with black out blinds. On the cold night there is a cozy wood stove to keep you warm or on the hot nights enjoy air-conditioning in the bedrooms. There is a loft with 2 cot mattresses and a couple air mattresses that kids really enjoy. Not too far out, but enough to get that country feel! This old home has lots of charm and character. Close to many wedding venues, golf courses and only 15 minutes from Darien Lake. This home also offers a large backyard with a firepit and a few decks to choose from to sit and relax on. The layout is a little quirky because the home is old, but we tried to make it as cozy as possible! All new pillow top mattresses and pillows to sink into at the end of the day. There’s a first floor bedroom and full bathroom with bathtub for any guests that can’t do stairs.Dogs welcome, there is a fee of 30$/per dog, the yard is only partially fenced in, and it is a busy road- so if your dog likes to wander please bring a cable/tie out or keep your dog leashed when outside.
