Great park, especially given its remote location. Mark is a fabulous host. Plenty of powered and unpowered, shady and sunny sites. Great coffee, pool, bar, restaurant. Very relaxing. The ammenities are excellent. Don’t miss the marlgu billabong and 1000’s of birds. Just nearby.

We stayed here for three nights and had a fantastic time. They are all large sites and you pick the one you want. We had the barramundi for dinner one night and it was probably the best I’ve had. Sean was very pleasant, informative, and helpful. He told us of several places to have a look at and where to see the crocs. Mark the owner was absolutely brilliant - couldn’t have had a better time. Highly recommend this place.

If you want a quiet and friendly place to base yourself out of then this is the spot for you. The staff are friendly and helpful and the pool and bathroom are clean and tidy. There’s plenty of tables and chairs to order a meal or grab a beer or wine and relax while chatting to other travellers or watching the footy or what ever is on the tv. There is a lagoon with a resident crocodile and plenty of bird life to observe. You can walk across the raised platform to see the lagoon with all its lily pads, barramundi and other little critters. We really enjoyed our stay here

Stayed here for 3 days with high expectations. The reception lady was ever so friendly and helpful. The toilets and showers were very clean. Unfortunately that is where the positives stopped short. The powered caravan sites left a lot to be desired. Grass was over 10" long on the side you step out onto from van. Had to ask for it to be whipper snipped so it was safe to walk on as the ground was up and down. The pool was clean but the pool area was full of leaves. The general feel of the place is that it was run down. Shame as it could have been great. I hear they will be closing permanently in September. What a shame. 😒

We stayed on a powered site for two weeks while we waited for the busy school holiday season to finish. They have drive through powered sites (and non powered) with plenty of space between vans. The amenities are cleaned daily and they are not closed while that happens so you don't have to time your shower to avoid cleaning time. Lovely shady restaurant area, a billabong hosting a crocodile or two to give you something to look for each day, not too formal, swimming pool and with extremely friendly staff. Close to the beautiful Marlgu Billabong. Highly recommended.

As an out of the way place, this is definitely worth the trip! The setting is rustic, but you will find very friendly staff, a quiet beauty interrupted only by bird and frog sounds, and amazing food! We liked the tree-top room with screened porch as a place to listen to Nature. There are also campgrounds available. Definitely go if you're in the area. Check out the bird sanctuary too! Telegraph Hill is an interesting site as well.

We stayed in one of the cabins and had an amazing stay. Staff was so friendly and helpful, cabin was newly renovated and very nicely decorated - and the location was as remote as we could wish for. The free guided tour in the morning was also a super experience!

The caravan park is under new ownership & is undergoing a big development, so if was a little dusty. It is a lovely quiet location to explore Wyndham & El Questro. Our highlight was the local tour guide, Alfie who takes the residents & visitors on a tag along tour of Parry Farm Nature Reserve. He is most informative & he gave us an insight into the bird, fauna with his Dreamtime stories. It was such a wonderful experience for all ages.

Friendly team, beautiful site and facilities . The nicest camping spot on our Gibb river road trip and the best hosts Excellent food, but gets busy so book ahead Can't wait to come back Thanks 👏 😊
