Room details provided did not match the actual room .
Room size is not 40-50sqm! ( estimated 35sqm max ) Double bed is not 1.35m width ! ( only 1 m max ! ) , room is run down with stains and worst of all strand of heavy cigarette smell ! This is absolutely terrible to disrupt a good night rest ! This will be the only and last stay in Wuzhou ! Management should seriously review their property !

還行吧，也就那樣，整個房間衹有床舒服還有配備馬桶一次性坐套令我滿意的。2條毛巾是爛的，也懶得換了，拿了條稍微好一點的用，淋浴區是有尿騷味的，實在頂不住，進去洗澡我得把沐浴露滋地上沖一遍才行，11點入住的，入住比較遲，第二天2點半走，超了半小時，加收了20塊。訂的是豪華大床房，在攜程領了升級房型，結果前台告知房型都一樣，是攜程要求設定不同房型，靠，設定那麼多不同房型，擱哪割韭菜？誰住誰怨種？

前陣子駕車經過在此住了一晚，把近六百的零錢放在枕頭下面壓平。第二天離開到了貴港住進酒店，接到櫃枱的電話，告知遺失。她們提供了服務業缺乏的誠信與道德，帶來了重要的安全與信任。酒店周圍已非常繁華了，有眾多的飯店，商店，娛樂，圖書館......但還在增強。昨天回到此，再住。免費巨大地下停車場有四部電梯直通。極為方便。客房在十二樓以上，隔音良好。房間一面或雙面被設定成超大飄窗形式提供了寬闊的視野，當地的遠景一覽無遺。再來再住。

因為帶孩子，特意選擇房間更大的蘭卉。很滿意。房間，床，衞浴都很大。孩子特別喜歡在飄窗上翻滾。窗外可以看到玫瑰湖公園的摩天輪。旁邊有百盛，用餐小吃飲料選擇很多。旁邊還有很大的玫瑰湖公園可以散步，玫瑰湖的夜市也很有特色。前台很友好，送了早餐劵。自助早餐蠻豐富的，阿姨也很親切，幫我們用煎蛋器，煎的蛋很好吃，所以吃完我們就買了淘寶同款。
地下車庫車位多，停車方便。過夜車找前台領個小票就可以免費了。白天出入都是不要錢的。
車庫裡正在裝充電樁，據説也快要投入使用了

這家店很奇怪，提早兩個星期預訂了雙床房，居然在入住當天下午打電話問我能不能換個大床房，因為是提早訂，預訂時什麼房型都有，當初選擇雙床房肯定有原因，對方説是有客人想要雙床所以才問我們能不能換大床，我説我不要大床衹要雙床，服務員居然叫我要不退了他們的房間去其它酒店訂房，真搞笑，不是以預訂優先嗎，哪有道理是前來的要讓後來的，還要我們退房換酒店，這是什麼鬼操作邏輯，那我提早預訂的意義何在，臨時再去找其它酒店，特別是節假日，有沒空房，房型，溢價，這些要一個早預訂的承擔，合理嗎！！！
雖然最後在我的堅持下，並且提出如果一定要我換房，叫他們找攜程溝通，才打消了要我換房的要求，但是這樣讓客人感覺極度極度極度不舒服，影響旅行心情～
為了同一個房間後期一百多元的溢價，搞那麼低端的處理方法，值得嗎！！！
吃像真難看！！！

這次我們通過攜程預訂了蘭卉酒店（梧州三祺城店），應該説還是比較滿意的，這家酒店的位置不劃，旁邊有百盛廣場，超市、購物、電影什麼的很方便。而且靠近玫瑰湖公園，環境不錯。前台的工作人員服務態度很好 ，很熱心的。房間裏面乾淨整潔，設施也不錯的。可以説性價比不錯的。風景不錯，旅行愉快。

第一，噪音極其大，白天火車工地咣咣咣，晚上樓下蹦迪噹噹噹，全天都沒個安靜的時候。
第二，極其離譜，晚上12點剛進房間就有人塞進來兩張小廣告如圖，廣告員精準地掌握了我們的入住時間和房間號，要麼是店員裏有內鬼，要麼是更細思極恐的廣告員尾隨我們到了房間前。
第三由第二得出，這家酒店的衞生應該很成問題，毛巾和被子大家都小心點吧。

該酒店網上叫蘭卉酒店，實際叫蘭歐酒店，導航到酒店找不到停車場，打電話到前台，接待人員很不耐煩的勉強説幾句話。安排的1913房間問題嚴重，空調無論調什麼模式，都是23度製冷大風量，問酒店怎麼辦，前台讓開空調後開窗睡覺，客房服務員讓開房門睡覺，或者晚上睡覺後如果房間温度低就關空調，熱了再開空調，冷了再關空調。前台服務員説我太煩了，難伺候，害的我一夜折騰幾次關開空調，根本沒有休息好。請求攜程網對這種不良商家給予制裁處理。
