體驗感不好，高級大床房是雙床改造的，房間內的桌子椅子也感覺是隨便搬湊的，衞生不好帶小孩的謹慎考慮，前台服務差沒有什麼服務意識。屬於賓館類型，不是酒店咯。

剛開始還行 半夜被包圍了 不知道客服怎麼安排的 周圍超級吵 半夜被隔壁快吵死了 溝通好幾回前台 都不解決 最後要報警了才給解決換房子 我在八層 半夜溝通好幾次才給換房間 前台客服態度極差 想着找個好點的酒店 結果整成樣 一開始給換了房間挺好 非得整到半夜還在要報警的情況下才給換房 前台一點兒事兒都不解決 環境一般般 毛巾都不敢用 太臟了 屋裡時不時還有煙味兒 不知道是不是從隔壁傳過來的 有點兒吵 外面的室外機空調也可吵了一開始的房間也是 總是有水聲 説是頂層 怎麼還有流水聲音

入住體驗非常好 酒店有免費停車場 停車位也挺多的 對於我們這些開車出來遊玩得非常便利 前台和保潔阿姨的服務都很熱情 如果還有下次來到梧州 還會繼續選擇這家酒店的～

弄丟了一張房卡，收了50。記得之前在青島也弄丟過一次扣了20。 最可氣的是我問前台能不能便宜點，他説他們自己弄丟還扣30塊，客人弄丟就是50塊，挺無奈。後來搜了一下價格，心更寒了，近些住的格林好像都不怎麼滴。

整體還是還不錯的，酒店還有健身房，裏面還有河粉可以吃。早餐是很驚艷的。這個價格，沒有窗户，將就湊合吧。趕緊程度還可以。整體是滿意的，點贊！～8/、下次來還住這裏咯🐽⚽️ 附件吃的東西也很多。

酒店簡潔大方，停車場就在酒店門口，值得一提的是停車場還有雨棚，好棒。早餐不錯。床品及衞生用品等還可以。環境一般。前台服務人員也可以。停車場保安員也認真負責。指揮停車。
