地理位置極佳，出門就是公交站台，打車也方便，離南寧百貨不遠，找吃的比較容易，房間衞生中規中矩，價格合理。

垃圾賓館，環境差得要死，而且在路邊房間隔音很不好，極差，晚上兩三點根本睡不着，對面就是ktv，沒有兩三點根本不可能睡覺
