房子價錢不貴，房子外面看很舊了，但裏面重新裝修了還蠻新，衞生乾淨，離騎樓城不遠，可以步行過去，舒適雙床房窗口對着小區不吵，大床房窗口應該是對着馬路那一面，老闆很好講很熱情，介紹了玩的吃的等等，還幫寄存了行李，有幾點小建議：1、建議提供飲用水、衣掛，瓶裝的洗髮水沐浴露，袋裝的不太夠用。2、紙巾提供多點，才一點點上個大廁都不夠。3、花灑的水太猛了沖得都痛，電視機比較小，總體還是不錯的，節假日還算對得起這個價錢。

房內設備落後水龍頭漏水響了一個晚上，服務態度真的很差，很差。又沒有地方停車，在門口停個車，一個晚上停車費就60塊錢了，以後都不會選擇這個商務賓館了

太差了。被蚊子還是木蝨咬了四五個包。開窗，外面的車吵得要命。不開窗，空調哐當哐當響比拖拉機還吵。老闆態度極其差！！！！

老闆非常熱情，幫我們搬行李，給我們調整床位，還給我們介紹了周圍的特色餐飲。酒店看起來剛裝修過不久，設施都很新。沒有電梯，但性價比很高了。晚上很安靜，睡得很好👍

244元訂的房間，晚上到的比較晚，賓館還特意幫我在小區裏找了個停車位，真得非常難得。進房間的第一眼，很想退房，因為特別小顯得壓抑，以至於整個晚上心情都不好。第二天上午再次返回房間時，對這個房間挺滿意的，可能白天和晚上的視覺不一樣，晚上看着小壓抑，白天看起來舒適而且沒有壓抑感。房間的設備比較新，空調製冷效果好，洗手間裏很乾凈，床非常軟，用孩子的話來形容像睡在雲朵上。賓館對面廣場有吃飯燒烤的地方，上菜速度出奇的慢，味道也一般，建議多走幾步去別的地方找吃的。
