過年出遊，自然找大一些的酒店，卻遭遇失望。停車場飽滿，咱認了，過年嘛。晚9點入住房間，兩瓶水被打開喝了小半瓶，一次性馬桶套也被使用了，電話告知總枱，希望改正並送一床被子。沒動靜，下樓又跟前台交待了第二遍。等11點吃好飯回來，酒店竟然沒有動作。再跑了趟前台，盯着才把物品送進房間。
再説房間設施，淋浴房發黴，淋浴房玻璃的水垢厚，花灑卡頭也是壞的，洗手盆下水漏水，衞生間地上一大灘水。
這2021年裝修的酒店，除了布草較新，而設施卻破敗如此，可見酒店管理水平低下，日常維護差，人員服務意識和能力都跟不上，前台貌似高級管理人員翻着白眼，唉😮💨更別説房間內處處都掛着付費物品，估計靠這些個伎倆賺錢吶。
今時今日 這樣的服務是不行的 會被淘汰的！

春節期間自駕遊訂酒店，這個酒店停車有保障非常好。酒店靠近江邊，出行比較方便。就是不包早餐，酒店外的早餐沒有那麼方便。

海南過冬返京這次入住凱華大酒店，真的讓我感覺特別舒心，忍不住想誇誇你們！
**首先，必須給前台的小哥哥小姐姐們點個贊！** 從進門開始，他們就特別熱情，笑容滿面，幫我辦理入住的時候也很耐心，還主動介紹了酒店的設施和周邊的好吃的，真的讓我感覺像回家了一樣。
**其次，酒店的停車位很充足，停車特別方便。** 對於我這種開車的人來説，不用為了找車位繞來繞去，真的省心不少。
**房間就更不用説了，乾淨整潔，一進門就讓人心情舒暢。** 床鋪柔軟舒適，衞生間也打掃得一塵不染，住着特別安心。有點兒小遺憾沒有拍酒店照片，11月份再來一定補上。
最後，早餐種類豐富，味道也很棒！而且食材新鮮，味道也很好，吃飽喝足，開啟元氣滿滿的一天！
總之，這次入住體驗非常棒，感謝凱華大酒店所有工作人員的辛勤付出，入住體驗愉快舒適！下次來這邊，我一定還選你們！果斷收藏關注了。

位置離騎樓街大概6km，在長州區市中心，早餐20元沒有什麼東西吃，不值，房間大，價格低，裝修新，對面街有地方早餐，小朋友住的非常開心。自駕車的朋友可以住這裏，比騎樓街花算很多！

酒店比較老雖然重新裝修過，入住當天客人很多，等收拾房間，電梯檢修一個還得等電梯。房間條件一般，衞生堪憂，有不明毛髮，茶几地上還有上一位的煙頭。燈光照明不足。
