避雷！這家酒店的衞生和服務刷新我的認知下限！
1. 衞生狀況令人作嘔
一進門就看見沙發旁躺着一坨用過的紙巾，明顯是前一位住客遺留的，保潔居然完全沒清理？！
2. 基礎服務漏洞百出
洗澡洗到一半，發現洗手間連洗髮水、護髮素都沒有，打電話給前台，對方居然理直氣壯地説：“你們不説我們怎麼知道沒有？”請問做衞生時不檢查洗漱用品是否補齊，是酒店的“常規操作”嗎？連最基本的入住需求都保障不了，談什麼星級服務？
3. 前台態度毫無擔當
全程沒有一句道歉，反而把責任推給客人，彷彿“沒發現用品缺失”是住客的錯。這種“擺爛式管理”和“零服務意識”的酒店，建議大家繞道走，別讓好心情毀在這種地方！

第一次住麗楓，給我的印象還是很好的，房間很乾凈整潔。前台小姐姐（白芷、半夏）也是很好溝通，迅速給解決問題。酒店大堂提供了兩種類型的熱茶供住客享用，用料和味道都很好。地理位置還挺好的，附近有政務中心和地道小吃店。

酒店離梧州雪立方滑雪場很近，房間寬敞，家人很滿意。酒店大門口就有超級快充，對我們電車出行太友好了！表揚前台紫蘇格桑，非常有耐心地幫助小朋友。梧州之行nice，滿分推薦！

高速返程路上選的歇腳酒店，高速下來四五公里就到了，停車也算方便，能充電，適合自駕遊。酒店比較新，設施齊備，衞生也乾淨，就是淋浴一洗就放音樂這個沒法兒理解，關掉還會再放, 而且房間裏有一種潮濕的黴味。特別要感謝一下前台的格桑和白芷兩位小姐姐，我們抵達酒店是凌晨了，她們熱情接待，看我們是一家三口衹有兩份早餐 還贈送了一份早餐，非常貼心。酒店的早飯品種雖然不太多，但食物品質不錯，豆漿不是豆漿粉沖的，橙汁是鮮榨的。

酒店住宿安靜，房間內物品也很乾凈，位置初到時看上去偏僻，實際步行百米就有商業街，蒼海公園等大型活動場所，消費、飲食、休閑都很方便。

衞生：挺乾淨
設施：齊全，訂的雅緻大床房，房間不算大，但是作為臨時休息很不錯了，而且早餐準備的不錯。
服務：很好，保潔大姐態度很好
環境：挺好，就是馬桶有點方
